I contracted the service for a project with a work team distributed in different locations in Europe.
For 3 months, we did not have any problems with the service. Their VPS servers are very stable. And the bandwidth? It's amazing, we never reached the limit. I mean, is that 50TB is a lot! We were able to run 50 containers for multiple services from our projects and all we had to do was upgrade the service to one with higher storage capacity. But that only lasted a few minutes. It was really fast. I was expecting something with lower quality due to the price. but i'm surprised

I have been a Virtual Server S customer for over 3 months now. I have a similar service in two other companies. I can say that here the speed is more than twice as high. I am impressed with the performance of their virtual servers. During these 3 months I have not had any problems with downtime or anything else. So far they are exceeding my expectations. I recommend!

Am Ende habe ich mich zwar für einen anderen Anbieter an einem anderen Server Standort entscheiden,
aber Bereitstellungszeiten, Performance und Server-Administration über das Server Panel sind hervorragend.

Locked myself out of my Alwyzon account (accidentally deleted Google Authenticator app used for two factor login) and support quickly helped me to gain access again.

I'm using a VPS from them since 2019. The servers are rock solid. Almost 100% uptime.

The CPU speed is the best I have ever seen. Very good hosting company. But only one data center.

I use this VPS for my personal own Linux server and I can say that it is a great option for this money.

Ich nutze Alwyzon nun seit ca. 6 Monaten für einen Nextcloud-Server und bin sehr zufrieden! Die Anbindung wird auch stetig verbessert, anfangs waren es noch eher unbekanntere Uplink-Provider, mittlerweile sind auch Arelion/Telia und Cogent dabei. Das macht sich auch bei der Latenz bemerkbar. Endlich mal ein brauchbarer österreichischer VPS-Anbieter!

I have been with Alwyzon since over 2 years now and I have to say, they are the best provider I had so far! I tried cheap providers, I tried expensive providers, but Alwyzon is simply the best when it comes to price and performance.

I never had any issues with the server at all. 100% uptime so far. The price is top, the network is fast and the server itself is fast as well. Also their client area is really nice and clean! The only time I had contact with their support team (to change a personal account to a company one) their team was able to get this done within a matter of minutes, really impressive.

Impressive performance! Really solid provider, recommended!

I'm not a wrting reviews type of guy but I had to do it for this one. Keep reading, you will find out why!
I've been a customer to Alwyzon for more than a year now.Good provider but very bad support staff.
They gonna charge you 15 euros for a teeny tiny manual intervention if you request it.
Even after I asked what is your manual intervention beside assigning an IP which won't take your time more than 5 minuted and I will make the necessary changes on my server (even implying I'm a 1-year-customer) the customer support named Stefan Frankhauser was very rude and declined my request alltogether (I was about to ask if this 2.5 euro charged once or if it's monthly) and closed the ticket without my consent.

I'm shocked about this level of rudeness and unprofessionalism and after working with more than 20 different providers accross the world it was the first time I've seen such drastic and childish actions from a support team.

Very Very disappointed.
If you need kind, polite and caring support team for your service, look elsewhere.

Ich habe hier seit nun fast 2 Jahren den kleinsten vServer und bin mit diesem voll zufrieden.

Jedoch muss ich sagen, dass ich nichts anspruchsvolles auf diesem betreibe.
Zum Punkt Verfügbarkeit und Leistung kann ich nur sagen, das er ohne Probleme bzw. große ausfälle läuft, läuft und läuft.

Le performance di queste VPS sono nettamente al di sopra della media di mercato.
Ho testato diversi servizi comparabili e considerando il costo dei pacchetti il benchmark sia della velocità della connessione sia delle performance è schiacciante.
Il fatto che utilizzino energia green e siano in europa mi ha reso ancora più convinto.
Spero che nel tempo non cambino!

Ao criar uma conta (nunca havia utilizado os serviços) e tentar contratar um plano, fui informado de que meu cadastro precisava de uma verificação.

Contatei o suporte e fui informado por eles que o sistema "detectou" que eu tinha uma conta banida por não pagamento de faturas vencidas. Informei que nunca havia usado os serviços da empresa e que isso seria impossível.

Após essa interação a última resposta do suporte foi que se realmente nunca usei os serviços da empresa, eu era um "azarado" e que seu sistema é bastante preciso e nada podiam fazer por mim.
