I heard about them on lowendtalk because I searched routed ipv6 subnets. I ordered a vps two times with my paypal and credit card. with no explanation, they closed my account. what a joke. avoid avoid avoid.

The response from their support to my review is just pathetic. I Can't believe they're in industry. They're a joke. My account wasn't new.

We are sorry to hear about your frustration and understand your concern regarding the rejection of your order attempts. However, rest assured that we don’t easily reject new accounts. It always happens with thorough consideration and a valid reason.
Before we can deliver the first order of a new customer, the account information provided during signup (such as name, address and payment details) are verified to fulfill our legal and contractual obligations. If these checks indicate that some information is off, or a customer is considered a high risk to our business for other reasons, we are not able to offer any services and have to reject the pending orders. Trying to create additional orders after getting the first one rejected is also not helpful in such case and will not change the outcome of our assessment.
As for the lack of detailed reasoning, this is intentional and unfortunately necessary, as explained to you in the rejection email. Sharing the exact reasons would give abusers insights into our processes and allow them to create better fake accounts. To maintain the effectiveness of our system, we can thus not share this information with you. Thank you for understanding.

Bypass this service, you will be asked for documents before they will let you start using their services. This is not a crypto exchange, not a bank, there are thousands of such hosting services and most of them don't need your documents. Do not waste your time with the Alwyzon

We regret to hear about your dissatisfaction. It is usually not necessary to provide us with any documents to place an order.
Just like any ISP, we are obligated to keep track of who is legally responsible for any server we rent out. This is an important task in preventing online fraud, hacking, and other cybercrimes and is mandated by the applicable laws. However, it is not necessary to provide us with any documents for this purpose. The information a customer provides us during signup (name, address, and contact details) is automatically compared with the information of their payment method (credit card, Paypal account, …). As long as this information matches, verification is an automated process and only takes a few seconds to complete.
We looked up your account to see if something went wrong in your case, and would like to clarify that you were not asked to provide any documents. Your order was rejected for providing obvious made-up information. Servers can not be rented anonymously. Just filling in something random when asked for your name and address is not enough.

I recently tried to sign up for a VPS…
I recently tried to sign up for a VPS with Alwyzon, but my experience was extremely disappointing. They asked for an excessive amount of personal information, which seemed irrelevant for a hosting service. Specifically, they requested:
✓ Proof of address document
A recent document (no older than 3 months) confirming my primary business address, such as a utility bill, a bank statement with recent activity, or a letter from a government authority.
✓ Information about my business
A brief description of the services I provide and a link to my business website.
Despite providing all the requested information, Alwyzon closed my account without any explanation. This process was intrusive and ultimately a waste of my time. I would not recommend Alwyzon to anyone looking for a VPS provider due to their unnecessary demands for personal information and poor customer service.

Those questions are part of the form for VAT-exempt companies. When you try to apply for a VAT exemption but there is no evidence that you are allowed to represent that company, we must ask those additional questions to prevent tax fraud. You can avoid these questions if your affiliation with your employer is obvious. For example, if you use your company’s credit card to pay the bills or use your official company email for sign-up.
We tried to locate your account, but the only account we found was declined for refusing to answer those questions. If you believe something went wrong here, you are welcome to reach out to our support desk and we can have a closer look at your case. As long as we receive all the necessary information, there is no reason for us to reject your application.

Probably one of the best networks I've…
Probably one of the best networks I've ever used in Europe. The hardware outperforms consistently, and again seriously; the network is fantastic. Ultra low ping times, and reliable strong speed/thoroughput. Easily could always obtain the 3Gbps speed mark included, and to places most won't come close to in comparison. I happen to be a bit of a networking enthusiast and I must say they deserve commendation for the work they've put into their network. Both v4 and v6 are well managed, efficient and the transit:peer is solid. Very proud of this company and wish them a great future, I'll renew and be along for the ride!

Banned my account without explanation
I wanted to purchases servers for my company that is EU-based.
After the first purchase and the first review process, they closed my ticket saying that "we cannot offer you any services", without more details, then banned my account.
I opened a new support ticket from another email to ask details as to why they couldn't provide services, the ticket was closed without any answer.
Worst support experience I've seen since Steam, very unprofessional.

Genialer Hoster - Wermutstropfen Preispolitik
Vorab:
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Alwyzon. Die Vserver laufen schnell, der Support ist sehr gut und schnell, läuft wie ein Uhrwerk.
Jedoch
wurden die Preise angezogen, bei weniger Leistung.
Wer mal die Waybackmachine angestrengt hat und sich die Angebotsseite von Oktober 2023 anschaut und die mit der heutigen vergleicht, wird schnell merken, dass die Leistung der Vserver Pakete heruntergeschraubt wurden. Der Preis jedoch gestiegen ist....
Angepasst wurden in jedem Paket der
Traffic (50 TB vorher) jetzt 20 TB.
Und das Paket Virtual Server L bekommt satte 2 vCores weniger.
Alles zu einem höheren Preis...
Für mich als Bestandskunde von Alwyzon mit dem Paket Virtual Server L würde also ein Upgrade auf XL bei doppeltem Preis eher ein Downgrade bedeuten.
Sorry, dann bitte die Produkte so lassen wie sie sind und den Preis entsprechend anpassen. Aber nicht diese "Shrinkflation" aus dem Supermarkt übernehmen.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden sowohl mit der Leistung als auch mit dem Support. Der Support ist freundlich und antwortet sehr schnell!
Die Leistung des Servers ist auch gut! Besonders die Internetverbindung stabil und keine Ausfälle und die Geschwindigkeit ist auch wie versprochen geliefert!
Ich würde Alwyzon weiterempfehlen!

Completing one year with Alwyzon. A very solid performer.
I found about Alwyzon through VPSBenchmarks about an year ago. I decided to give it a try based on the benchmark results there. AMD EPYC, good network and affordable pricing were the other options I was looking for.
I have to say they exceeded my expectations and I am very happy. The VPS is solid with a very stable performance. AMD EPYC is a really good choice and combined it with stable network is the best I can think of for an affordable service.
I was originally looking for London or Amsterdam locations but Vienna is now pretty acceptable for me given their network stability. The latency and bandwidth are stable. Also their latency to India is good which was another important consideration for me.
In terms of support, I had to open a request once during the weekend but I could fix it by myself soon after that and I closed the request before someone responded. So I really don't know much about that.
Overall, everything seems working well for me and I am looking forward to more solid years to count. The only gripe if I have to say anything is the different spelling of "always" that I always ( :) ) have to remember when I type their website name.
