AVOID THIS COMPANY
AVOID THIS COMPANY – Think very carefully before spending your money here
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing, stressful and, in my opinion, completely unprofessional. Based on what I have experienced, I would strongly recommend taking your money elsewhere.
I purchased a vehicle from this company on 24 August 2026 and paid for it in full. Just four days later, the vehicle developed a fault.
I want to make one thing absolutely clear: I did not reject the vehicle. I actually wanted to keep the car. It was exactly the type of vehicle I was looking for, particularly for my family and our newborn baby. I was trying to find a sensible solution and get the vehicle repaired.
Unfortunately, rather than the company properly taking responsibility and arranging the repair, I was left to do the majority of the running around myself.
I contacted Audi directly and managed to get the vehicle taken care of through them. By doing this, I believe I saved the company almost £4,000 in potential repair costs. This is something I should never have had to arrange myself after buying a vehicle from a professional dealer only days earlier.
While the car was being dealt with by Audi, I was left without a vehicle for nearly ten days, with effectively no help or support from the owner, Michael. I had to deal with the situation myself while also trying to get responses from him.
The communication was appalling. Michael repeatedly avoided my calls and did not answer when he saw my number. On one occasion, I had to call using a withheld number before he would actually answer the phone. In my experience, this is simply not how a professional business should treat a customer who has just paid them in full for a vehicle.
I also paid £60 for the original diagnostic assessment to establish what was wrong with the car. Michael agreed that he would pay for the recovery to the garage and reimburse me for the diagnostic fee. Despite this agreement, I am still waiting for my money.
I have emailed and chased this up, but my emails have gone unanswered.
So, to summarise my experience: I paid for the car, the car developed a fault four days later, I was left without a vehicle for nearly ten days, I had to chase the repair myself, I contacted Audi myself, I believe I saved the dealer thousands of pounds by doing so, and I am still having to chase money that the owner agreed to reimburse.
They were very quick to take my money but, when something went wrong, I felt completely abandoned.
What makes the situation even more disappointing is the attitude I received regarding my consumer rights. Michael was extremely adamant that I "won't be rejecting that vehicle to you." I found the manner in which this was said aggressive and completely inappropriate.
Again, I wasn't trying to reject the car. I wanted the issue resolved. But instead of helping me achieve that, I felt that I was being treated as though I was the problem.
In my personal experience, promises were made to me that have still not been honoured, communication became extremely difficult, and I was left to sort out a problem that should have been dealt with by the dealer.
I use the word "liar" because, based on my experience, I feel I was told things that were not subsequently followed through. Michael told me he would reimburse the diagnostic and recovery costs, yet I am still chasing the money and getting no response.
If you are thinking of buying a vehicle from this company, my advice is simple: take your money elsewhere.
There are plenty of dealers out there, and if you buy a vehicle and something goes wrong shortly afterwards, you should expect the dealer to communicate with you, help resolve the problem and take responsibility for putting things right.
That was not my experience here.
I was left without a car for nearly ten days, had to arrange and chase the repair myself, had to chase the owner repeatedly, and am still waiting for money that he agreed to reimburse.
AVOID. Spend your money elsewhere.
