Prompt and fast shuttle service to well located depot. Easy and courteous pick up and drop off. Great, well presented vehicle. Timely and appropriate reminders were sent regarding vehicle return. Excellent value for money. Will definitely rent from Alpha again. Thank you!

Superb service, clean, tidy and modern vehicles.
Easy check in and out, questions were answered well, plenty of information provided. Shuttle drivers and check in/out team were awesome, very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent service, new cars, clean cars, good financial deals

clear and concise customer service
value for money

The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Quick and easy pick up and drop off. Car was clean and very nice! No complaints from us

Very reliable

Easy process, no hassles, great reception staff. Vehicle was great.
Insurance cost was very expensive however given the alternative, was needed, but not used.

Great car. Service is excellent. Affordable compared to the big companies and drop off and pick.up was prompt. It would be even better if there was a central surfers or Southport branch

I've used Alpha for many years now and they are consistently excellent. Great value, great service.

Was very fast and efficient service. Very friendly service with great communication. Fast pick up and drop off. I will use them again.

Staff were very friendly and professional. The vehicle was in very nice and clean condition. I also enjoyed a couple of lovely conversations on shuttle rides between the airport and car hire pick up

Great service, fast check in and out and great car. Low cost and good insurance packages to choose your level of cover and risk. I got my deposit back within 10 minutes of dropping the car off which was great! Wouldn’t go anywhere else to hire a car in Brisbane.

Beware of Alpha Car Hire Tweed Heads – Extremely Unprofessional

I hired a vehicle from Alpha Car Hire in Tweed Heads as my own car was undergoing major work. Unfortunately, my experience with them was terrible. I was charged a $5,000 fee, with the claim that my rental car was stolen, despite having emailed them in advance to extend the rental—a process we had already established.

Not only did they charge me this hefty fee, but their completely unreasonable action of reporting the vehicle stolen and calling the police was both distressing and unacceptable. This is despite having previously communicated with a manager at Alpha via a phone call, where we discussed the situation.

They never informed me about the funds being taken out, and despite returning the vehicle in perfect condition, they refused to return my money. I had to involve Fair Trading to get any resolution, and only after two months did they finally return the funds. I’m certain they would have kept the money if I hadn't involved dispute mediation.

This company’s lack of transparency, dishonesty, and poor communication is completely unacceptable. I highly recommend avoiding Alpha Car Hire if you value your time and money. Their practices are shady at best.

Alpha Car Hire really does make the experience of hiring a car very simple. The emails and messages explained everything clearly. The car was excellent and the counter staff were very friendly and helpful. They'll be top of my list for next time!

I definitely recommend Alpha. The shuttle service was amazing and the driver was extremely polite and helpful. The pick up and drop off was smooth and the prices of the vehicles are affordable. I'll definitely be using them again when I go to Brisbane.

The shuttle service was so convenient from and to the airport, pick up and drop off of vehicle was easy, cost was great, with a good priced full insurance. And the free upgrade was great as we needed it.

Value for money, friendly staffs.
Awesome service.
Will definitely recommend to my friends and will rent from alpha car again when I come to Australia

Was one of the cheapest options I could find for our family holiday, yet we had a very new car (24k) which was clean and comfortable. Experience from shuttle to service at the car yard was excellent. Will be back for sure.

Lovely and friendly staff, very polite, humble and helpful at all interaction points.
From Booking inquiries to Shuttle Service to pick up/drop off, it has been a very pleasant end to end experience. And best part is Alpha Car was easily hundreds of dollars cheaper (including insurance) than known brands such as Avis/Hertz/Budget.

Great booking process which followed through to a seamless hire at every level
