All Terrain Cycles Omdömen

I've ridden bikes all my life and with All Terrain Cycles being local to me I decided to buy a bike online for my daughter and have the experience of going to collect it. She and I were very excited but unfortunately my experience was anything but enjoyable and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Great company to deal with. Well laid out website. Best price (at time of searching) and lightning quick delivery.

I was very happy with the price asked for the new cycle. The service was excellent, the shop properly querying my choice of frame size. Delivery was prompt and the cycle received in excellent condition. I have no difficulty in recommending this outlet. Thank you so much.

I am so pleased with me experience with allterraincycles. First of all, the price of the road bike I got was superb value. The bike was delivered within days and was packaged safely and securely.
I had an expert put my bike together and he was so impressed with the attention to detail of how the bike was set-up pre-build (handlebars, pedals and front wheel only).
The gears are shifting beautifully and the bike is amazing to ride.
Thank you so much. I will definitely be purchasing from this company again in the future!

All Terrain had the items in stock at the best prices I could find. They were delivered promptly nad very carefully packaged.

My bike arrived on time as expected, well packed with just a couple of things to do before being ready to ride. I had to call the tech dept to fit the front wheel, my fault not the bike's. The guy I spoke to was excellent and got me sorted 👍. The bike was very well set up and I only had to change the saddle height and charge the battery. I would recommend this business.

A small company who do things properly and promptly. Good website, quick delivery, excellent communication.

Prompt and efficient delivery service. Very helpful on the telephone. Would definitely shop here again.

Super quick delivery. Will definitely use again.

I guess simply having the frameset I wanted in my size and with a nice discount would suffice for 5 stars, but the interest-free finance option through Klarna deserves a special mention. The frameset was shipped and delivered promptly without any hiccups, packaged well and with all the small bits. Very happy with my purchase.

Excellent service from All Terrain Cycles. I ordered my new bike by phone and their communication and customer service was excellent throughout. Super helpful, my bike arrived promptly 2 days later and they were on hand to help with the setup by phone throughout. I highly recommend All Terrain Cycles.

A quick turnaround from All Terrain Cycles; the bike was packed really well, easy to put together and the price was good too.....

I ordered from ATC and didn't expect my shoes to arrive for several days, at least 2-3 days for most companies, but it was amazing, got them the next day. 5 stars for immediate delivery. I got exactly what I ordered.

Fast delivery of my Trek Emonda bike. Received my bike partially assembled and put it together within 40 mins. Great service, would definitely use again

Item was dispatched swiftly with good communication.

Great communication and very prompt delivery.

Excellent top quality product, a good price and fast distribution. Very impressed.

Item in stock at a good price and delivered next day.

Really efficient order fulfillment. Ordered Thursday morning, despatched and delivered by Friday. Easy assembly as they’d done the hard yards, and off on a ride with the kids in half an hour after assembly of two bikes. Thoroughly recommend these guys!
