I'd never done a coach trip before but I definitely will again! It was so lovely not having to drive. Michelle, our coach driver, was great - always cheerful. I felt very safe with her at the wheel. We had two days out, one to Chester (lovely city) and the other to Llangollan (shame it rained). The hotel was great. I've been to other Warner's hotels before and Alvaston Hall didn't disappoint. I thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment in the evenings and we took part in the various quizzes. The ouside games were great, ranging from Connect 4 to velcroed-ball darts to mini-golf. I enjoyed an hours stroll around the grounds which were quite undulating but very interesting (there used to be a nine-hole golf course). The food was very good although we just stayed in the Market Kitchen which is mainly self service.

Coaches are comfortable. The driver (Josh) was excellent, fun, informative & caring. We went to Fort William, stopping at the Croit Anna hotel. Whilst the hotel is dated it is due to have quite a bit of refurbishment done, but the staff are welcoming and the food was good despite previous comments I'd heard.
Alpha holidays are good value for money, highly recommend them.

Excellent holiday to Fort William/Jacobite/Mull/Inverness. Hotel interior was good, but exterior in need of TLC (I understand it's having a refurb in 2027).
Josh our driver was excellent as well.

Had a fantastic time in Ireland, would highly recommend and definitely booking again.

The week in Wales was great , hotel lovely , meals good but not to everyone’s taste, staff all very helpful.
Our driver Brett was excellent he was very informative ,
funny and couldn’t be more helpful.
Our only complaint was journey there and back we felt two 45 minute breaks was not enough time for disabled to stand in queue for meal and toilet break in approx 9hour journey. Apart from that great holiday and will certainly be booking another holiday with Alpha.

Lovely hotel, exellent accomodation, the waiter David was outstanding. Enjoyed the trips out.

Our journey was made excellent by the politeness and professionalism of our driver. The hotel staff were polite and helpful and the hotel was of good standard, although a little tired in places and unfortunately it is not sited in the best place if you want a walk after dinner. The food was good and portion sizes excellent. The itinery of the holiday was amazing.

Driver Jim was excellent with knowledge of area and more. Made all the excursions a pleasure. Hotel area and staff were great, just the room let it down but did not let it spoil the holiday.

Great driver (Roger) three great hotels and trip experiences well worth the miles we traveled to see them. Will definitely choose Alfa again.

It was our 1st time travelling with Alfa, and would definitely book again. We had a lovely driver called Gary he was with us through out the week and he was very informative about the places we visited. The staff in the hotel where very good as well,our only complaint was that the lift to the dining room which was on the lowest floor broke down and caused quite a few of us with walking difficulties a problem having to go up and down the stairs. Overall though our experience was good.

Gluten free food great. Staff wonderful. A nice hotel all round. We will come again.
Only thing we were disappointed with, we paid for a sea view room. True it did face the sea only trouble you couldn't sit and look out of window. To me a sea view window is a bay window so nearly spending £90 + pounds was a waste of money on that room.

I found it hard going up and down the stairs , but over all hotel was good and the staff very good, the driver name was JOSH he was very good l would give him 10 out of 10 for his driving and friendness and overall l enjoyed the holiday

The staff were friendly and helpful from the start,especially our driver Dave. Your cases are taken to your room as soon as they came off the coach.
A good selection of meals to choose from breakfast and tea time.
The area was fabulous Cornwall and all the included trips we're well worth it.
My only criticism was that our bedroom was too small for anyone with accessibility problems, but we managed even having a laugh about it.
Our coach was full of characters who helped us laugh along the way.
Dave well. An excellent and knowledgeable driver. Tiny country lanes accessed with ease.
We have been many times with Alfa from Scotland to Isle of Wight and always had a great holiday. Thank you.

We arrived home on Friday after an amazing holiday with Alfa. We did the Royal London tour. 
Our driver Calum was brilliant 🤩 he’s one of the best and most certainly a credit to Alfa.
We stayed at the Denham Grove Hotel and although the location is a little remote we were really pleased with what the hotel had to offer. The staff were very attentive and the choice of food available at the buffet was very enjoyable, we were also extremely pleased with our room.
The guided tour of London with tour guide Tim combined with our driver Calum’s knowledge of the best routes to take to make the most out of our visit made it an extremely enjoyable and memorable experience.
We also really enjoyed our visit to Buckingham Palace, St Albans, Windsor and Windsor Castle.
For us this was the perfect holiday.

Good weather, good food and good company, that was my holiday in Eastbourne with Alfa travel. I will definitely book with them again.

The driver was excellent as were the trips - although just 4 hours in Durham didn't feel like a whole day visit. Another time we would catch the train back to Newcastle.
The hotel was generally very good but evening mealtimes were somewhat chaotic - potatoes were absent from one dish leaving it little more than a starter.
The hotel staff were really helpful, though.
It was great to be able to get into Newcastle city centre each evening.

Journey smooth driver keith kept us well informed and was pleasant all the time. Good trips but 2 hours in portree with not a lot to do and see maybe another extra tour to like dunvegan

Meals were adequate but would have preferred choice of chips or potatoes.
Also the Salmon i had i. The thursday had a great big bone in it which put me off .and green peashoots or similar with every meal

We travelled to Melrose, we were picked up from our local location by one of the lovely Alfa drivers, Debbie, and were taken to the well organised Reading interchange where we had time to have a snack while the Alfa team put our cases on the coach to Melrose.
Russell, was our driver for the next week, he was a knowledgeable and friendly driver.
Our Trips out were excellent. The Hotel staff were attentive, good evening entertainment. The food, for what we paid a varied selection.
In a nutshell you just can’t get better value for money, in my opinion.
I’ve already booked another holiday for next year!

This may not be of interest to most people but Alfa are most accommodating for overseas travellers, as myself, and make bookings really easy via emails. Excellent customer service. 👏
