Alexanders Removals & Storage Omdömen

Absolutely the best removal company I have used, professional, friendly, polite , and quck

We had our whole family home to move after more than 20yrs at the same address. This was a huge undertaking, but thankfully, the Alexanders team made it simple and stress-free. Kris and his team were punctual and efficient, quick and courteous and just got the job done. Equally in the office, Justyna was a pleasure to deal with and explained all the options, including storage, from the outset as well as being in touch throughout the process. Overall, a whirlwind couple of days and an emotional farewell to an old home, all made easier with a very professional execution by everyone on the Alexanders team. Many thanks.

I was delighted with the removals team. From start to finish they were professional and cheerful. Nothing was a problem. They packed up my stuff with care and in an organised way. It all delivered in tact. Absolutely recommend.

From start to finish we received an exceptional level of service from Alexanders and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again (although very much hoping I am not going to move home again anytime soon!). Firstly, we had a home visit for the survey rather than an online/video survey which is in contrast to many of the other companies we sought quotes from. Callie was responsive, reliable, communicative, efficient and helpful throughout, and was empathetic when our move fell through (as the team were loading our entire house onto the lorry). We receive a partial refund and were able to reschedule with ease - Callie and her team were flexible and it was very much appreciated under the circumstances. The removals guys themselves were outstanding and went above and beyond what was expected. They were friendly, ultra hard-working and eager to do the best job possible for us, which did not go unnoticed. We had quite a stressful moving experience with it falling through just before Christmas, and then even on final completion day a bit of uncertainty as to whether it was going to complete or not. Alexanders helped to make it run smoothly and we cannot thank them enough.

I highly recommend Alexander’s Removals. They have done a great job in a tight time frame in early Jan 25 and to a specific budget that we needed to meet.

They’ve consistently gone over and above to meet the usually ad hoc “help!” requests on packing, disconnecting appliances, removing awkward and large furniture from top floor and then putting it back together which was not in the remit.

I was very stressed and overwhelmed due to the nature and timing of our move shortly after Christmas and confirmed only a week prior. Half the family was unwell and they worked around children in bed and made it as stress free as they could.

Ultimately a big house move is never stress free, but they didn’t argue about any challenges. Tony the boss came and checked in on the team in person, and Tomek the supervisor on the job was attentive and on it consistently.

They were kind and patient with our family and two dogs who I could not find daycare for.

They organised a handyman who was amazing and so good.

Justyna in the office replied to the slightest query in minutes and made sure it was communicated to the team. She sorted permits for removals same day and was a pleasure to deal with.

Overall this is a tight knit operation and you feel it. I’ve used much cheaper outfits in the past and I didn't want to this time because it was a very stressful move under difficult circumstances. I only wish they’d unpack and sort the whole house now.!!!

Thank you to all the team at Alexander’s and we will definitely recommend and use you again.

The Alexanders team made what could have been a stressful move over the Christmas period a very smooth experience. Lucas, Ryan and team were amazing, packing up very efficiently one day and moving the next. We've never used a packing service before so were a little nervous about it all but it couldn't have gone better. Thankyou!

I used Alexanders for domestic removal (2-bed flat), disposal and long-term storage and I could not have been happier with the efficiency, speed and helpfulness of the team, especially Dimitar. Recommended to a friend and they were equally satisfied.

Alexander’s were great with my recent move. They arrived on time, were careful with my items and were quick and efficient. Dimitar and his team were very helpful and I’d recommend them.

Kris and the team were great as always!

Thanks to Chris and team for a friendly and efficient move today!

Lisa and team handled a dual destination international move from our home in the the UK to France and US. Always helpful and worked hard to meet our expectations - which on the whole they achieved. I would recommend them to others.

Recently moved home and I would highly recommend Alexanders. Very professional and friendly from beginning to end.

We received a personal recommendation that Alexanders is very good and they lived up to it. They were certainly not the cheapest of the quotes we got but they were worth every penny. The packed with astonishing efficiency and everything was well packed. They made sure that we had access to everything that we needed during the move. It all went well like clockwork. I recommend them very highly.

The attention to detail from Alexanders was outstanding. The way our furniture was wrapped and stored ensured every piece returned in immaculate condition.

A special thanks to the removal team—especially Lucas—for treating our move as if it were their own. We had some very technical desks that needed rebuilding, and Luca made it a priority to come back the next day to complete the setup.

I couldn’t fault the company in any way.

Thank you, Alexanders, for making such a potentially stressful time so much easier!

Moving can be a stressful experience, but the whole process went very smoothly from start to finish. The video survey meant that I could show everything that needed moving in detail. The costing was came back quickly and was competitive based on the amount that needed to be moved.

Moving day was very smooth and the movers were very friendly and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently.

All in all I highly recommend if you want movers that take the stress out of the experience.

Alexander’s did a great job with my recent move. Really happy with it. Dimitar was quick and efficient with the quote, the guys arrived on time and worked hard packing, got it done quickly, were flexible with a few changes to what was going where, packed the storage room well and dropped the rest at the house. Very efficiently done and looked like everyone was working well as a team

Best moving company. The guys do their job quickly and efficiently, everything packed perfectly and they were super friendly.

Alexanders Removals & Storage provided an overall satisfactory experience. I contacted them at the last minute and received prompt and professional assistance from Savannah, who was attentive and helpful. Throughout the process, the team was courteous and efficient, with seamless coordination for both packing and unpacking. The removal into storage and later retrieval went smoothly, despite some delays and logistical challenges. While there were no major issues, the experience was somewhat average and met expectations, but did not exceed them.

From my first enquiry onwards, everyone at Alexanders made me feel like they actually cared about making my move as stress-free as possible. Savannah in the office was so professional and warm and made me feel instantly reassured. Dimitar, the move manager, was amazingly helpful, patient and efficient and responded immediately whenever I had a question or concern. The packers and movers - Aivaras, Goce and Kieran - did the most incredible job. I am just astounded at how quickly and carefully they moved everything to my new flat, and they were so friendly and polite the whole time. I absolutely recommend Alexanders and wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again.

Excellent and extremely professional team. Lisa has always been helpful arranging everything and I was very impressed with Lucas and his colleague on the move day. It’s been a great all round service from Alexanders! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would use them again for any future moves.
