Alexanders Removals & Storage Omdömen

I recently used Alexanders for my move, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every way. We also used their storage services, which was super handy.

Punctuality: They arrived right on time, which set a positive tone for the entire experience. It’s clear they respect their customers' time, and that really stood out to me.

Carefulness: The team handled all of my belongings with incredible care. Fragile items were expertly packed, and nothing was damaged or misplaced during the move.

Communication: Communication was seamless throughout. The team kept me informed at every step and were quick to answer any questions I had. Their professionalism and transparency made the process stress-free.

Teamwork & Efficiency: The movers worked quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. Their coordination and expertise were impressive, making the move much smoother than I anticipated.

Overall, Alexanders turned what could have been a stressful experience into an absolute breeze. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly moving company.

Very good experience, swift and professional from communication to removal. Everything is well organized. I made a big blunder at the beginning of the move, affecting the schedule. But the team was very responsive, dealt with everything in a calm and professional manner. Everything after that was smooth and swift, going perfectly as planned. I really appreciate their help and understanding, and would like to extend my gratitude and apologies. It was a very good experience overall.

This company is top notch professional. They handled my entire service extremely well from start to finish. Very thorough and transparent during the pre-move process and extremely efficient and helpful throughout.
The movers were fantastic and super fast. They didn't break a glass and the crew team leader went above and beyond during our whole move-out/move-in experience. They definitely made it stress free for us and I cannot recommend them enough. Over five star service!

For anyone in need of a seamless and stress-free move, I highly recommend these guys.

My customer service representative, Justyna, was outstanding in explaining the move. She was kind, thorough, patient, effective, and incredibly helpful. Despite the short notice, Justyna managed to arrange our moving day on the weekend seamlessly. Justyna's knowledge and expertise were invaluable in planning my move, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

The moving crew was also punctual and worked efficiently, taking great care to protect my belongings with packing materials.

I have worked with Alexanders four times now, and each experience has been flawless. It's fantastic to do business with a company that operates with such integrity. Highest recommendation!

Chris, Ryan & Mac were excellent! Super fast, great guys and very reliable! Would definitely recommend them and will be using again!

My experience with Alexander’s has been excellent from start to finish. From Tony first coming out to provide a quote, to Callie being assigned my Move Manager and then Robin and his team coming to pack and move. The customer service and follow up from Callie is fantastic - she is incredibly responsive, helpful and answers all your questions to ensure you feel comfortable and reassured. Robin and his team (including Marius) are incredible too - polite, efficient and so fast at what they do.

I couldn’t recommend a better company - thank you for making this move seamless and painless.

Alexanders provided a seemless and fantastic service. The communication from the office was really fast and clear (Justyna), which helped us to feel at ease about the whole process. The removal team were brilliant, so organised, really efficient and asked questions to ensure we were happy with the loading and unloading of items. Our team included Alveras, Lambi, Louis and Jonny, who each worked so hard and we would highly recommend. Thanks for such a positive expereince.

Alexanders were great from start to finish. Callie was our move manager and she was incredibly helpful throughout, especially when other aspects of the process were stressful. The move team were great, really efficient and made the day run smoothly. I would happily use Alexanders again.

Thank you so much Alvaras and Matosh !! Not only were they incredibly professional and did a great job, they were absolutely lovely and made a stressful day so much easier. Thank you guys !

We have used Alexanders removals several times. We always come back to them because of their excellent service and professionalism. Today was the second of a two day job; we had Kris and Adalin doing the move and they were outstandingly good. It is not the first time that we have had Kris lead the team for our moves, in fact we asked for him this time because of the great job he has done in the past. Yesterday the team was led by Tomek who is also great. We also had a good experience with the move manager Dimitar, who was flexible and helpful. I highly recommend Alexanders!

The service was impeccable. From the first enquiry to the removal day itself. Having had several quotes, Alexanders put more people on the job and did it in one day, unlike the other companies. The men worked so hard it was quite incredible. We have no hesitation in recommending them. First class.

I needed a contingency quote after a problem surfaced with another company. It was the very end of the business day on a Friday, but I spoke with Savannah, a most professional, polite, charming and helpful young lady who listened patiently and did all she could to help me get a quote as quickly as possible, following up afterwards to check on required information. It created a very positive impression. Thanks again, Savannah!

The various people involved from the quotation stage through to installation in a new property were first class. The service was carried out speedily and there were no problems whatsoever. The removal team were courteous and efficient throughout despite a delay of 3-4 hours in gaining access to the new property. Strongly recommended.

A very efficient, timely and friendly sercice

Robin and his team were incredibly efficient and professional, they made our moving process stress free. I would 100% recommend Alexanders.

Super organised and efficient team, from the move manager to the packers and unpackers taking away every last box. We use Alexander's for a big renovation. Our things were safe and sound, and it took away so much stress and time to know they were bookending the works.

I too chose Alexanders for their excellent rating. From start to finish they were thoroughly helpful, and supportive. My projected "out time" from my flat was vastly extended due to unseen problems, but they carried out my removal into storage, and organised long-term storage smoothly. Unpacking/return from store was a worry, since my flat was on the second floor, but their removal men were excellent: despite the additional effort, they returned my property speedily and neatly, and I cannot fault their work in any way. The whole experience with Alexanders has been painless, and the help from every member of the team outstanding.

Alexander were amazing! They were not phased by having to move very heavy furniture up and down floors. They were so quick too and very professional! I would highly recommend!

I chose Alexander’s because of their 4.9 rating. They deserve it. Justyna is extremely proactive, clear and helpful in the office. The packing team, led by Robin, were careful, efficient, well-organised as well as enthusiastic and friendly. The contents of my house were shipped to 3 different destinations (2 overseas) within a week without any mistakes, losses, breakages or delays. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Lukasz, Ryan were phenomenal, they did an amazing job securing my belongings and moving them safely, efficiently and carefully to my new home. I was very impressed by their service.
Justyna was my dedicated move manager and ensured everything was well coordinated and moved smoothly. Overall a great experience and hassle free move.
