Luv your underwear, only criticism is would like some other colours . The style I like you only do purple and black.

I bought the triangle seaweed bra in pink, size L. I am a size 34 DD so was a bit wary of ordering one of these, but I have been suffering from a rash so needed something gentle on my skin. On the plus side it is beautifully made, soft and comfortable. Being more ample of bosom it did not hold me in very well but rather than send it back I have stitched the front so nothing can fly out! I have worn it comfortably for a couple of days. I hope that in future this company will be able to market a style to suit those of us who need more coverage.
I also bought a racer top in size 12 which fits and is supremely soft and comfortable worn over the bra.

I haven’t received my order yet but keep receiving emails to review my order….. frustrating

Normally love your stuff but my order was sent without the correct amount of postage so I had to pay an extra £1.50 to Royal Mail, which was not great service from you. Also

I liked the feel of the briefs but not the hole in them and then was offered a discount not a new pair so a bit disappointed.

The products are so nice which makes me sad to put such a bad grade but the communication is absolutely terrible.
It’s been 2 months that I message two different email address and none are that responsive and my issue is still unresolved, that is too bad for such a great company.

Awful experience! Ordered two items and wanted to send the back but had no reply to my emails for 2 weeks. Have eventually been told that they dont accept returns, which is not clear at all on their website and is absolutely not legal under distance selling regulations. They have since stopped responding to me!

such amazing quality underwear that i feel good about wearing! I was concerned that the bras were not going to be suitable for a fuller bust but they're much more supportive than i expected and so incredibly soft!!! definitely recommend

So besides it taking months to deliver (which was okay because there was good communication) I was a bit disappointed with the quality. It’s cute and super comfortable so I started wearing it to bed when it arrived and after just a month of use (not working out in and only hand washing and air drying) I had multiple holes in both the outer and inner layer of fabric and at this point (a few months after) there’s elastic threads sticking out of the waste-band. I’ve been properly taking care of it but now don’t feel like I can wear it without risking any more damage which shouldn’t happen. Overall it’s not worth the money because you shouldn’t have to buy a new one or get a replacement in this short of time which is a shame because I really liked it but otherwise the bra held up so that would get a 5/5

I wasn’t going to leave a bad review but I’ve sent two emails and a Instagram message & had no reply!
Ordered their purple briefs and after one wear I found a hole in the seams. I contacted their email immediately and received no reply. I have since found a second hole in a different seam so I sent a second email. No reply. No reply to an Instagram message either. It’s been two weeks and nothing.

I am really disappointed in their customer service as I have bought several items from Alexander Clementine and always been happy (I’ve even written two glowing reviews). At £30+ a pair I’d expect better workmanship or at least better customer service when there’s a problem.

Modern, soft and comfortable. I love this lingerie set. It’s simple and attractive and arrived in fully recyclable packaging.

After having shingles I was left with nerve damage that made wearing bras painful. These bras are so soft and comfortable that I can wear one all day without pain. They're also stylish and supportive (I'm a C cup). They've genuinely improved my quality of life. I can't rate them highly enough.
