Their communication was very good just a bit slow. The bra was not supportive enough for me( 38DD) so I sent it back for a refund which was offered with no problem ( too early to say I have received it). I kept the pants as the fabric is very nice.

This is simply the best underwear. So soft and so comfortable. Just love it.

It's a good bra but the fabric is a little too loose for a fuller size chest. It's very comfortable and I don't have hot flashes when I wear it which is amazing. I just wish it was a bit more snug on me. I might be a smaller size but I didn't want to buy two sizes since the shipping to the US is expensive and sending the other size back is almost as much as the bra costs.

I mistakenly selected the wrong size when placing my online order. I emailed Alexander Clementine the same evening and was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply confirming my order had been amended. That's what I call excellent customer service.
My order arrived extremely promptly and I'm very pleased. The items are cool and comfortable to wear, especially in the heatwave, and there's no scratchy elastic to irritate the skin.

As this is my first order I am not sure that I ordered the right size. I am a 36D and bought a large size. I have read that sizes for more well endowed women will be coming on the market and I think that is the direction I would go if making further purchases..
My present AC bra is soft and comfortable with the exception of the band under the breast which is narrower than I prefer. What surprised me was the fact that, despite no padding, my nipples did not stick out, and during this incredible heat we are having my breasts stayed cool.
I live in the States so ordered my present bra while visiting the UK as it would be much too expensive to have shipped to the US.
The bottom line: a very light weight comfortable bra with no support, plus pricey so the verdict is out.

I’ve worn my new triangle bra all week and now had to wash it. Previously I’d been wearing other similar styles made of different fabrics and had found them to be hot and clammy to wear. This new bra is exactly as described super soft and cool to the skin. I’m 52 and menopausal and I think they’ve nailed it. It is pricey but worth it. I’m currently waiting for more to come in stock to buy another.

I really love the ethos and materials of the products. I bought both some bras and some pants. The high brief pants are fabulous and I'm goign to buy more. from the bras, I like the breathable, soft and well made designs, and the fun colours of some available when I bought them. An improvement will be to have a little more adjustability in the straps so they can be a closer fit at times. But overall, I really recommend the products and will be buying more.

Fantastic underwear, so soft and comfortable. I haven't worn an underwired bra in years and wanted to find something that held me up without constricting me, feeling uncomfortable after a long day and creating little skin tags on the bra line, well this fits the job, love it and the knickers are so comfortable if feels as thought they almost aren't there. Fast delivery and lovely personal customer service, all round I would recommend them, I've already placed my second order.

Bra went bobbly very quickly

I got a bra top a while ago. The material feels and looks nice, but I found it surprisingly warm/ warming given that it is marketed for those suffering with menopause symptoms. This could just be me, but the clingyness of the fabric and the lack of support did not work for me.

The products are fantastic and do exactly what they say. Never thought i could spend a day without itching but these really do help

This is my 5th purchase of AC bra. Sp pleased they now have white and black. Sooo comfortable and supportive. 40” bust buys large.
