First impressions extremely good. Comfortable etc but my bra very quickly lost shape and the stitching is coming undone in various places after very little wear and washing. My expectations were higher for the amount paid.

I had a bilateral mastectomy in July this year, after a breast cancer diagnosis, and opted to stay flat. My scars are still very sore and tight but my wonderful bralettes from Alexander Clementine are an enormous comfort. I wouldn’t be without them. Thank you so much.

The bras are exceptionally comfortable. I have bronchiectasis and my ribs and chest get very sore . Traditional bras can’t be tolerated so I tried these and they do help. They are so gentle . Thank you

This underwear comes highly recommended for both comfort and healing properties so I was determined to buy a crop top for my sister to wear at night, post surgery. Ordering was simple and the bra/crop top arrived within 10 days of ordering.

I bought a set following the reviews on the web site , sai d the bras have a great support for large sizes I am a È cup. I realised the bras are not supportive at all ad asked for a refund . Was given a return address I sent the set back . But I have been ghosted for the last 9 days . Really ! Really frustrating

Very comfortable to wear. On washing ,hand-wash at a low temperature, dye and fibre came off the material. Is this an issue with the black briefs? I have a white pair which wash very well.

The helpline regarding my order has been nothing but efficient and first class. Lovely company and I’m sure the pillows will be just a brilliant.

Colour lovely, bra top comfortable, but would have preferred a fuller panty if there’d been an option!

Such a lovely company. I bought a top to wear post biopsy and surgery and it is so comfortable and soft. I did query the sizing and had a really kind response from Alex. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and purchase again.

I found this company and was immediately impressed with what their product claimed to do for menopausal women, but when my order arrived, I wasn’t very impressed. I made contact to complain and got a response the very same day. All my concerns were addressed in an understanding, calm manner, no defensive remarks, no arguments, just genuine apology and explanation. I was offered replacements and even a size down from my original order was allowed. I genuinely cannot rate the customer service any higher, it’s second to none. As for the product (tops), the material has made a significant difference to my comfort during the day. Before I wore these tops, my temperature regulation was askew, causing bouts of sweating and then irritation. But when I wear these tops I honestly feel so comfortable, there is no irritation and they are so soft against the skin, really luxurious.

So splash out ladies, treat yourselves, you really won’t regret it.

Product is a life changer. Post cancer drug I’m on causes constant sweating and really gets me down. I bought one pair of knickers to try and I can’t believe how much of a difference they’ve made. They really do wick the sweat away and the material is so soft too. The sizing is probably a little bit off, but I can forgive them for that as the difference they’ve made cancels that out.

Friendly, efficient and personal service. This order took a little longer to be delivered than first time around but I was informed why. Very happy with my choice - love the colour, and it's comfy to wear.

I got one of the full cup triangle bras this time. The strap adjusters and design is perfect for my full bust and short body. So comfortable and well made. Fantastic products, thank you!
