Alexandalexa were amazing but the delivery was not
Alexandalexa were amazing. The only that let you guys down was the delivery. UPS first said they delivered it to a drop off point and gave proof of delivery. The drop off point said they did not have the parcel- when ups were contacted they could not locate the package. Anyway long story short alexandalexa played there part whilst the delivery company did not!

I hadn't heard of AlexandAlexa before, so it's always a slightly nerve wracking experience buying online under those circumstances but I really had no need to worry; everything was textbook.

Terrible service and delivery!!
Terrible service and delivery, would not use again. I placed my order 11 days ago and still haven't received it. After a week of waiting I emailed customer service to find out where my order was. 3 days later, I finally got a reply to say something went wrong with delivery and they would send me my order again but I had to email again the next day to ask for my tracking number. I emailed for this but still no reply two days later. I was looking forward to recieveing my goods for my little boy but have been left extremely disappointed.

Clothes and service fine - but if you pay on PayPal then you have to remind a few times to get your money back - which is really frustrating

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service and fantastic collection of clothing and footwear. The sale prices are also proper sale prices. I had difficulties with UPS’s delivery, Alex and Alexa staff were super helpful. I will definitely be coming back To this site (using another of the other delivery options they have available at the checkout!)

Lovely product, dreadful delivery service
Lovely product from AlexandAlexa, dreadful delivery service from UPS (non-delivery actually). The hassle to retrieve my order makes me think twice about ordering from AlexandAlexa again, which is a shame. Please change courier services provider.

I love the footmuff it’s so cosy and warm - my daughter is very comfy and is sleeping really well in her pram.
The organiser is also ideal and super handy.
