I’m really happy with the products I ordered from the site. Great quality waterproofs and a really good price. I opted for UPS Collection and the parcel was ready to collect 4 days after ordering! I will definitely be ordering from Alex and Alexa again.

Harry Potter invisibility cloak
I ordered a Harry Potter invisibility cloak, the picture on their website was of the deluxe version, but the item I received was the standard version. When I complained I was asked to send pictures of the item I received, which I did along with the picture of the item on their website. I have now returned it and am awaiting a refund. It was ordered for a birthday present so I had to go out and buy something else at the last minute. I didn't even receive an apology.

So disappointed -
So disappointed -ordered - waited 7 days no sign of order no update of tracking - not advised that 3 items I ordered was out of stock - 9 days later I rang customer service - when I was told there had been a error and my items was shipped ( back to Alexandalexa as the returns shipping label had been placed on my parcel - fortunately I started my Christmas shopping early - I’ve now gone direct to each shop to repurchase my order.
That was a big order £350 such a sale to lose out on -

I am pleased with my choice of height chart for my grandsons 1 st birthday but the product is chipped on one of the joins. I have taken a photo to prove this. I am disappointed as it cost over £30.
