FAKE PRODUCT AND WRONG
To be honest i wouldnt even rate this a 1 star i place an order for a kids black jumper gold boss logo paid 56 pound for a completely different fake as hell jumper the quality is horrific the threading is diabolical the tag is hanging on by a thread to be honest i am so angry at myself buf cannot stop laughing the gold boss logo is actually a giant gold circle with berlin new york london amd tokyo printed with limited edition 1991 accross it. I am not even going to waste my time sending this back after reading the comments but i am going to take it further amd get it investigated. This was suppose to be in sale i wouldnt of even clicked on this jumper never mind order it at 56 pound

FRAUDULENT COMPANY- No orders ever ship
If you read the reviews tracking is not available because no orders ever ship. Bogus reviews saying 10 stars for customer service or great customer service. This is a fraudulent company. Customer service response on 3 attempts I made was "order shipped" no refund. Order never shipped and can not be tracked. DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE. You will have to file a claim with a credit card for fraud. NOT IN USA. Good luck if you ordered!

They fake that they are a US company…
They fake that they are a US company and that your items will be shipping from California. They are located in primarily in China . Orders take 2-3 months and they will not refund after you hit purchase. Good Luck!

Avoid at all costs. Return process a nightmare and incredibly unclear - had to pay £14 to return the item which I will not be reimbursed for. Awful company, customer service and I would recommend you stay clear!

Brilliant customer service from Cindy. I emailed them to report I had been sent the wrong item that had been packed in the right bag. Cindy arranged for the right item to be delieverd by express delivery and sent me 4 emails advising me of the progress of my replacement. Good old fashioned service from a company that really care.Highly recommended.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Ordered an item to my home address. It was delivered to a collection point without even attempting to deliver to my home address. Customer service weren’t interested and asked me to collect item. Eventually said they would collect and resolved but heard nothing for 4 days

I ordered clothes three weeks in advance for a trip and it took over that to get delivered. That is honestly a ridiculous amount of time to wait for the price of their things. Will never order from them again.

Heavy duty DUTIES!!
Products are beautiful and shipping was fast, but we got slammed with over $40 in duties, and that added almost 25% to the cost of our order (which was under $200). I am disappointed about this as it was nowhere clarified in their shipping section at all. I like the availability of products but will probably not be ordering again, at least not with shipping to Canada.

Вроде нормальные цены, быстрый срок отправки, но случилось одно но. Мои три посылки отправили, но на коробке в графе адрес написали только Фамилия имя, страна, город и название улицы. Номера дома и квартиры не было. При этом в личном кабинете в Хистори видно, что я писал адрес полностью. И это не на одной посылке, а на всех трёх. Хорошо, что позвонили с почты и сказали, что пришли мне странные посылки с неполным адресом. Написал письмо в поддержку магазина. Так они мне написали, чтобы я в следующий раз внимательно писал адрес на коробке и не забывал писать номер дома. На мое недоумение, а при чем здесь я если стикеры на коробки клеят они и покупал вещи у них я, сотрудник службы поддержки ответом меня не удосужил, я уже молчу про какие-то извинения за такой серьёзный косяк со стороны магазина. А стоимость посылок была недешевая. Исходя из такого некомпетентного отношения службы поддержки к клиентам можно сделать вывод, что мне повезло, что посылки я получил. Но если честно, то ещё раз рисковать как то не хочется. От службы поддержки магазина помощи ждать не приходится.

Poor returns process
Firstly the site seems like it’s a UK based site but alas it is Swedish which isn’t a problem except that your order takes a week to arrive which I wasn’t factoring in.
I sent back the items as they look nothing like the photos on the website. I returned them with the UPS label which came with my order. I returned them on the Wednesday and they arrived in Coventry on the Thursday. On the Following Tuesday there Was still no sign of my £300 refund in the bank account so I contacted them only to find that although the return had arrived in Coventry on the Thursday they save them up in batches and then send them back to Sweden where the return is processed. 10 days later the money goes back into my bank account.
The most ridiculous returns process and so slow. I will not be ordering from them ever again
