Scam!! I made an order December 18th and have still not received it! I have tried to call but phones are off and they don’t answer my emails. So disappointing!!

Great website. I was a little hesitant as I realised items would be coming from Sweden and I had never ordered from here before. But ordered my baby boy a moschino a romper and It has arrived a week later and I’m so happy with it. Thank you AlexandAlexa will be ordering again soon.

Having read the negative reviews after placing my order, I was somewhat nervous whilst I awaited my delivery. I received and kept some beautiful out door wear. Delivery was fast, products were excellent, returns straight forward. Please to say my experience was great and I would highly recommend.

I made an order on the 6th November. Even got confirmation that the item was 'shipped'. Two weeks later I chased up and was messaged back advising the item is now out of stock and my order never left the warehouse!

They did offer a small discount on a future purchase, but when the item I want is out of stock, that's not much use.

I understand sometimes stock mistakes happen, but the worse part of all this is that they never contacted me to make me aware of the issue, and instead I had to chase them out about it.

Really cute offerings. But paid a month ago, and they use USPS for shipping. I’ve been waiting a month and the only info I got was - shipping label has been printed. So far: no goods. // do not trust or buy.

I don’t understand negative reviews about this company’s customer service.
Their customer service is great! We have ordered some toy and received wrong one, contacted customer service and get very quick reply and resolution, right item was send straightaway along with apologies etc. Every time we have contacted customer service we experienced no problems whatsoever - it is very quick and efficient. Also, the delivery is very quick which is also a good point! Can mention only positive things about this company, it is in deed nice company to deal with! Thanks a lot!

Poor quality products and terrible customer service. It feels like a scam. Normally I'm not the person to write. review, but this time I'm quite disappointed.

The support takes forever to answer. When you make the purchase in the page doesn’t go through, so they take your money but they never confirm the order, they don’t even see the order in their system. Terrible company. That was my experience with a expensive purchase I did with them and I’m so disappointed.

I’ve placed an order- 2 pairs of gucci trainers and sadly I got only one pair and already provide the details about of my concern and I think they don’t care about it. 😭 I mean this is not my first purchase from them, I usually get a smooth transaction from them but this ia the first time that I didn’t get my item and still there’s no one helping me about it. 😭😢🥺

I brought a Dolls Pram.
I was kept up to date with delivery.
I didn’t realise it was coming from abroad. But it didn’t matter delivery was really quick.
Pram is good quality and was well packed.
Instructions good and easy to understand.
Will use them again .

Horrible pants. Super cheap fabric. The packaging all in Chinese so I’m guessing they buy stuff at $1 to sell it 20 times more expensive. The label in on the outside. So is my son supposed to wear it with the washing instructions visible???

Don’t worry about the few bad reviews! Alex and Alexa were Awesome. I orders from here and and within 10 min got an email saying the order shipped. Odd I thought but when I would click on the link for tracking it said order didn’t exist. I waited and that then saw these worrisome reviews! Next day I called - customer service answered Immediately- explains the System needed to update - and sent me a new email and tracking. It shipped from Sweden he explained (warehouse is located there) - And was in South Carolina in 6 days. Pretty good for a designer TuTu Du Monde kids item I payed half price for :)))). Update - item received in perfect condition, So Excited and pleased. Will definitely order again.

I ordered an item on 21 May but the 1st order was too big so I followed their exchange instruction and placed a new order (2nd order) at the samller size that I wanted to be exchanged also had returned the unwanted item to them by UPS successfully. From this point, their system should have the record I ORDERED TWICE AND PAID TWICE but they don't and replied me they don't have record showing for the refund and rejected to refund to me.

But.....but the most confusing thing was suddenly I received another order (3rd order) with the same item on 15 Jun from them which I never requested and sent by mistake . Since this is a duplicated item and so I returned it to them by UPS again.

I checked the UPS tracking and now both unwanted item (1st order) and duplicated item (3rd order) had been returned to them successfully.

So what wrong is here? Why you don't refund to me?
Now I paid twice and only have one item with me but i can't get my refund??????? During the email conversation, one of their staff replied that I can get my refund in 5-7days after I returned and yes I did but now another staff told me I cannot have my refund because they don't have the record. I followed their exchange instruction and have all the orders numbers and UPS tracking numbers but turned out all these confusions which is so annoying.

Can the in-charge from Alex and Alexa follow up my case and reply me when can I have my refund????

Ordered then read the reviews and I was so worried but my parcel arrived today I ordered some Adidas trainers they’re defo real lol very happy customer thanks very much will order again

I was dubious about ordering from here given the reviews but I ordered 2 jox toy storage bags and I love them. They arrived in a timely manner given covid 19 and they were coming from abroad (I am in the UK). Absolutely no issues getting them and they are exactly as described and pictured on the website. They’re really different and I couldn’t get anything like it here. I liked them so much I ordered a third one from
Babyshop.com which I think is affiliated to Alex and Alexa and has similar reviews but again, third one arrived exactly as described and in a reasonable time. Would use again especially for unique, well designed products I can’t get in the uk!

These people are IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. I have ordered multiple times from them and they continue to send the wrong size and appears to just repackage my return over and over again. I would highly recommend NOT working with them. My original order missed the date it needed to arrive by. This was a HORRIBLE experience
