Lovely product with great reduction in the outlet section. The delivery email to say it had arrived at the local drop off point wasn't sent to me but I was able to pick the parcel without the delivery email after going into the store to see if it had arrived.

Range of products is really good and great value! I was ordering as a gift to the UK from Norway and would love to have had an option for gift wrapping/separate billing! Otherwise I was super impressed and will definitely use again!

Very bad service, order not arrived
I ordered my child’s coat over 14 days ago, ready for the rain and it still has not arrived and I have had no contact from the company. I would not shop with them again.

Ordered Dr Martin boots for my 9yr old and Found it very easy and received tracking information very quickly. However the tracking info didn't work so I panicked and saw bad reviews and was so worried my order wouldn't arrive or would be wrong. I didn't need to be worried as boot have arrived quickly,well packaged and are Perfect I have an extremely happy 9yr old now and I am also very satisfied and will use this company again

Lego sets
Lego sets: I bought several Lego sets from Alex and Alexa, at a cost lower than elsewhere. Although I have no complaints about the company as such, I felt a little let down by UPS failing to inform me adequately of the progress of the delivery (to a UPS delivery point). I had to write direcly to the company, and in fairness, its people responded quite quickly and constructively, but it took a few iterations to get to a satisfactory end and to realise that the delivery had been made. Not everyone has the time and inclinatuion to chase, so the company has to quickly address some issues with UPS.

Great product as always
Great product as always. However it got delivered to a ups store and I waited a week with no email to confirm delivery. I eventually went to the shop on the off chance and the guys told me it’s been there for ages. An email to tel me it’s in would have been good

Would give 0 stars but it doesn't allow me to.
Returned 2 jackets and UPS tracking showed delivered to Alex and Alexa Coventry, after a few days of no notifications from Alex and Alexa I contacted them directly to enquire only to be told that they have the return but need to wait for it to be shipped from Coventry to Sweden which can take some time then a refund will be made? I am unable to track the items because UPS have delivered them to Alex and Alexa, so stuck in total limbo and customer services at Alex and Alexa are no help whatsoever.
