Booked on line for 14 days we arrived at 04.00 hrs. Quick and easy entry by the operative at the barrier. We were then escorted to our parking space in zone 6, the transfer bus was waiting a quick and smooth exit from the car park to the terminal. Upon on arriving back waited several minutes for the bus was taken to our zone. Upon entering our car we discovered our battery was flat. The staff on site used a portable battery charger to start our car, the guy was so helpful and friendly excellent service provided. This is an our second time using this car park will be using again in a months time. Thankyou again for the service provided.

overall the service was great, although when my car was returned to me the front drivers mat had a lot of mud/dirt on it from the eturn drivers feet, it would be a good idea to have paper mats for protection to prevent this

Easy to reach the location. Easy to park your car, easy to locate a bus station. Highly recommend

Polite staff, quick and efficient both drop off and pick up. Vehicle ready at the pick up point. We paid extra for delays and we were delayed, always worth paying the extra. I will use this service again.

The JetParks 1 is well signed and easy to access at East Midlands Airport. We unfortunately had to overstay as flight delayed more than 13 hours. The exit was delayed as no staff on hand to allow exit. We were very tired and it was annoying to see staff chatting as we queued to exit.

Parked at Leeds airport air parks for 3 days when I got back car tyre flat screw on the inside wall. Construction work going on around the airport the screw wasn’t there when I parked the car up they moved the car while I was away. It’s the fact they moved the car back with warning lights on and a flat tyre. £350 down the drain for a new tyre. Never use the service again!! In future park your own car lessons learnt.

Great car park, shame no consideration for people who live locally for their charges. Cost the same for 7 nights in Exeter than it did for 10 nights at Heathrow.

Insufficient numbers of busses to transport from the car park to the terminal resulting in heightened anxiety for travellers worried about missing their flights and herding across the car park with children and luggage then herding back. Excessive delays in boarding a bus some waiting over an hour when they should be away within 15 mins.

Very close to the airport, the transfer with the van it was prompt and comfortable.

Helpful drivers assist you with luggage.plenty of buses to ferry passengers to and from airport.

Good price. Short waits for transfer buses. Would use again.

Couldn’t have been easier! Stayed at IHG Gatwick left the car there & picked it up with absolutely no issues

Being honest they're not the cheapest, but these guys are by far the best. So helpful, courteous and prompt transfers. Wouldn't dream of using anyone else.

First time using Airparks drop and go - mightily impressed! The car park was easy to find and is very well signposted, the process of printing your key label is smooth and quick. As long as you keep your receipt for the key collection on your return, you're good to go!
I would definitely use Aiparks drop & go in the future.

First became a customer 20 years ago. Still a simple enough booking procedure. Great location. Courteous and friendly reception staff, professional drivers and excellent customer service. Return process went like a dream. Will definitely book again in the future. 10/10!

I found the cost of parking my vehicle to be very reasonable compared to other car parks that I’ve stayed at. For two weeks it was around £60. It was easy to locate and it’s nicely tucked away from main roads. The car park is divided up in the zones and each parking space has a number which makes it easy to find your car when you return home, especially when it’s late at night and you are exhausted. I’ve stayed at other car parks, but there’s no signage or numbering system. I was particularly impressed with your coach drivers. Going to and from the airport they were extremely kind, helped to lift everybody’s bags on and off the bus and were very helpful and friendly. Particularly for me as a single parent/granny to my little boy. I’ve now used your car park twice and it’s definitely a place I would use again.
