Clean, well equipped and very, very convenient

Love the layout of this property with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and another bedroom and bathroom in the basement. Both bathrooms are lovely and spacious. Layout was great for our family with older children. I have to say the only thing that let the property down for us was cleanliness (mainly in the kitchen) plus the dishwasher was broken and looked like it had been for some time. We had a boiler issue during our stay but the host did all he could to resolve this as quickly as possible. Great views from the property and 40 mins from Brecon and Barry by car and for local shopping there’s a co-op, or an Iceland is 10 mins away in the car

The apartment is new and modern and had everything we needed for our short stay visiting relatives in the area.
It is situated in a modern airy block in the centre of town with great eating and shopping places nearby. The block has 2 lifts and gives a feeling of being very secure and the sound insulation is also very good.
The apartment itself is roomy and has all of the necessary facilities. The beds in both bedrooms are very comfy and the 2 sofas in the lounge are too.
The bathroom is a good size with an over bath shower, we had elderly mum with us and so would have preferred a walk in shower, but otherwise was well equipped.
All of the windows in the apartment have vertical blinds, personally for us we think the bedrooms would benefit from additional curtains to give a choice of a darker sleeping area.
There is free parking for one car in the adjacent secure multi storey car park which is great.
We would definitely stay again and will be recommending it to others.

Very fast response and very helpful. Had some issue with the toilet, and they sent help right away! A very clean and nice place to stay!

I have stayed at Grand Suits heathrow managed by airoperate and they were fantastic as I arrived late in the middle of the night and they guided me very well. They even gave me complementary free parking in LONDON to make sure that I dont get distressed in the middle of the night for parking spot. They were very approachable and the accommodation was also maintained to a high standard. I highly recommend them.

If I could give them a Zero Star rating, I would. Absolutely unprofessional - they do not know what they are doing and as soon as they are challenged they are very rude and condescending. Very unclear instructions. Money hungry company who do not deserve anyone's time.

Been a very smooth transition for us to handing the property to the nice folks here. And since, we have been very happy with them handling the bookings and have been very pleased with the company managing the flat as well as making the transactions as seamless as possible.
In the short period of time I have been with them, I realise I have perhaps made the best decision of the year!!

This company is very happy to take money from you for their service, but their service is not such a good as they are advertising by far, in fact it is not any close to it at all ... .

They should take care of my customers, but there seems to be quite a bit of chaos in communication between the departments and people within the company, which has clearly caused me quite a bit of stress that I really had not order nor had paid for at all.

They supposed to take care of my customers, but it really does not seems to be what they are actually doing or would they be any good in that.

They nearly fully missed my customer that could result in quite a disaster.

I was lucky enough to catch one of these of their errors and finally it ended up quite ok, but it was clearly just a matter of a luck and my fast reaction and nothing else ... .

Their professionalism in building my profile was in my view extremely doubtful.

They were putting photos to my profile from completely different properties despite I asked them to do not do that.

Finally the company was not able to deliver the service that they were promised at the beginning and needed to cancel fully their service.

I specifically asked them to take all my profiles down, but clearly that has not been done neither, but they are stated that have done so ... .

Clearly left and right hand does not seems to be speaking too much in this company ... .

Finally they had just went silent ... .

I do believe that pretty much all the good reviews are just faked ... .

I would have deleted my earlier review, if I could find my acoount for the review ... .

I will be putting my review based on my experience with this company here around every single week till I get my refund for the damage to my apartment that the company's client done to my apartment ... .

Very good company to deal with. I have 1 property in the UK with them and they also mange my brother in laws couple of properties in mainland Europe who recommended this company. So far everything is going smoothly with Airoperate without any problem.

I highly recommend Air Operate. The customer service is excellent and the booking process is really simple. I'll be using their service again.

The guys here went above and beyond to help me out with my properties. My profits have doubled ever since I signed up. Highly recommended.

This is the first time I have used a service like this, but had been wanting to do it for quite a while. I found Airooperate by chance, but I am really glad I did!

They have helped me on board my 3 properties onto AirBnb as well as making them far more presentable, which is why I assume the business is booming even in these times.

Not only that, they take all the hassle out of my day, as they look after the cleaning and key drop offs, which is perfect for me as this is not my only business!

Would definitely recommend and use them for more properties in the future.

AirOperate helped me start up my AirBnBs. Excellent service also while keeping them running. They deal with all the guest communications, and pricing on different channels. They helped me with 2 of my properties, one within U.K. and another one outside. AirOperate deals with the cleaning and maintenance for both, so I am getting more profit from my properties without me doing the extra legwork.

I have been skeptical with short letting my property. 6 months on, these guys have been amazing. Easily approachable and very down to earth staff. It’s been pretty hands off for me and given that I have access to all guest comms, I know exactly what’s happening with my property.
