Lovely clean apartment, great location for what we needed. 5* review

There were no lift in the building. This flat was located on the 5th floor and the lift was broken and when we ask for the assistance they behave rudely and ask us to get other property or wait and watch. We had a disable person and had an infant . We had proper luggage and we had to drag Al her stuff through stairs to the 5th floor.
It was very hard to get into touch to the property owner as everyone one was putting us through here and there.Ridiculous customer service and misleading information. Won’t recommend to anyone specially accompany with family.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans cet appartement, très lumineux, bien situé à 10 minutes de la station de métro Pimlico et à 20 minutes à pied de la gare Victoria. L'appartement est très agréable, la propreté irréprochable , une bonne literie...
Attention l'adresse de l'annonce n'est pas l'adresse exacte , si vous regardez street view, l'immeuble n'est pas dans le même style!
Petit plus, nous avons pu déposer les bagages dès midi
ce que nous avons bien apprécié, nous reviendrons avec plaisir...

Wonderful apartments! Modern and comfortable! Responsible owner, always in touch! Not far from the metro station! The town is quiet and pleasant! We liked it! Definitely recommend it!
P.s.: Not very suitable for families with a stroller, because. apartments on the second floor (steep and narrow stairs)

Last week we stayed at Sophies place.

It is a nice, clean and comfortable place. The location is nearly central and bus, metrostation and supermarket are within a 5 minutes walk. The host is friendly and helpful.
There are two need-to-knows:
1. The appartement is at the 5th floor and the lift is broken.
2. There is only one key, and when you plan to do something on your own or in groups it takes quite some planning.

Very responsive team, great communication, both via text and phone, there was issue with pots in the kitchen and it was resolved quickly, housekeeping guy Sam was brilliant and very courteous.

The stay at Stylish Penthouse in Canary Wharf was absolutely amazing. Views are stunning and the place was wonderful. Definitely recommend

Had a great stay at Jeremy’s Place.
Perfect location, 5 minute walk from tube station with easy reach of all London has to offer. Apartment was light and airy with plenty of space. Would deffo stay here again whenever I go back to London!

Awful host and and an awful experience. When making the booking I specifically said if you can't do an earlier check in then please do not accept. The request was accepeted wouldn't allow me an early check in and wouldn't allow me to cancel for free. They also advertise a very cheap price but when you get to checkout they add taxes of the same amount i.e i thought i was paying £135 to find out it's £256.

Also the property is nothing like the pictures it's pretty digusting. The only benefit is the location. Would never book with them or through them or recommend

Perfect location between London and Heathrow airport. Close to West Drayton Station. Fully equipped kitchen, lovely garden. Staff answered all requests promptly. We enjoyed our 10 days stay with family of 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). We felt like at home. Thank you!

Le quartier est très calme, on est à 5mn d'une station de métro et on trouve facilement des commerces et restaurants aux alentours.La boite pour récupérer les clés est très pratique .
Tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour y est, c'était vraiment super.

The apartment we rented in London was reasonably priced, well-located, clean, and matched the pictures and description.

We were informed after booking that the key needed to be picked up from a shop about 10 mins walk from the apartment. In our case this wasn't a problem.

We didn't have much interaction with AirOperate since everything went quite smoothly, but when we did they responded within around an hour (we always messaged within working hours). Our security deposit (£200) was returned a week after checkout.

The flat was excellent, very clean, well equipped with everything you would need, two double beds and a double sofa bed, and very spacious rooms. Easy access to transport and a good quiet residential location, very quiet at night, I would happily use this company and their accommodation again

The location and cleanliness of the room are excellent. We loved it.
Company responds was quickly.
