I recently stayed at an Jame’s Place in Central London and I had an absolutely fantastic experience. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure that I had everything I needed to feel comfortable during my stay. The apartment was clean and cozy, with all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect, too, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, I would highly recommend this Apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Thank you to the host for making my trip so enjoyable!

This company is a total scam, full of lies, they make uninformed charges, keep holding of your personal data and documents, useless in managing your properties. I used their Airbnb management service for two months, and ended up with a lot of stress and financial loss.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an Airbnb property and I must say, it was an incredible experience! From start to finish, the host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible.

The property itself was absolutely stunning, with all of the amenities that I could possibly need. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The location was also perfect, situated in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood that was just a short walk away from some of the city's top attractions.

One of the things that really stood out to me about this Airbnb was the attention to detail that the host had put into making my stay as enjoyable as possible. From the comfortable bedding to the fully stocked kitchen, everything was thoughtfully designed to make me feel right at home.

Overall, I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the city. The host truly went above and beyond to make my experience one that I will never forget. Thank you so much for everything!

I see the company as utter and total scam.

They promised me to to take care of my property; they were very happy to take my money, but then they had gone completely silent.

After my several urgencies they started to seem doing something, but their service was utterly horrible.

They were doing mistakes followed by other mistakes followed by other mistakes followed by other mistakes.

My experience with them was completely and utterly extremely horrible and exhausting.

This company in fact cost me huge amount of money and in total with all the money I put in and I have not received any profit from this company at all. One of the client of the company even severely damaged my property and they could not be bothered to fixed the damage they had done to my property - what a joke!!!

After I urged them to do anything about it, the company went completely silent!!!

I see this company as a scam company and essentially con artists.

This company used to have different profile here, but that profile is not here any more; I guess due to the so many negative reviews they had been forced to delete their old profile.

There had been possible to see in my view huge amount of faked positive reviews of this company as well as I would say that there is huge amounts of faked positive reviews of this company on this profile of this company.

My recommendation would be; if you would like to save some of your nerves stay away from this company by all cost!!!!

I had been dealing with them I believe around 2020, which is not possible to set it up here - what a coincidence ... .

The location is excellent and the accommodations are just as described and matched the pictures perfectly. We stayed as a family of four and had more than ample room. There is a washer/dryer, too which was very convenient. The wifi worked great, as did the heater, and all of the appliances. Even though the location is near a busy area, we found the place quite quiet. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for clean, spacious accommodations. Getting the key was a little tricky as we had to walk about a 0.25 miles to the locale to pick it up, but it was a very easy and straightforward walk.

Great accomodation in the city centre! Everything was well communicated and prepared.

Jessica‘s place apartment is for family or relaxing place it was a great apartment near city of london with lots of shops and foods would love to come back again sometime

We rented jeremy’s place and our experience was superb, clean place, quiet surroundings even though it was near the city. My family had a wonderful experience. Definitely will book again once we travel back to London.

Rented an accomodation for 4 persons close to Heathrow airport and close to public transport, restaurants and supermarkets. The accomodation was real value for money and check-in and check-out went smooth. Communication with de staff of AirOperate is excellent. I would recommend them!

We stayed in Jessica's Place in London from 7 to 11 December 2022. The flat was clean and spacious. Perfect size for three person. (even up to 5)
Located in the east London and easily accessible by public transport. (train station is pretty much next door)
Host are very responsive (less than hour)
The area is a few hundred meters from the nice leaving areas with good restaurants.
Walking distance from eastern attractions such as tower bridge.
Easy public transport available for visiting west of London.
Advise:
Oyster Card is the best choice to get around in London by public transport. You need to pay 7 GBP upfront to get the card, however it will pay off with two travels. (using credit card is also like Oyster Card) - just avoid paper ticket.

My family and I stayed in Argent house apartment managed by airoperate on the 13th to 16th and 19th to 22nd 2022 and we had a very satisfied stay. Was clean, had all the apparatus we needed in very good condition. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. That is why I opted to repeat my stay.Highly recommend any visitor to obtain the services of Airoperate.

Really lovely place to stay at Emily’s place. Very clean and great location. Host was fantastic to deal with and was really responsive during my trip. I would definitely recommend!

I worked with Airoperate for a few months and it had been a really great experience. The owner and the colleague are all very supportive and helpful.

Utterly dishonest and terribly unprofessional. Would never advise using this company. Fake charges on cleaning to rob you and on extra costs and zero transparency. Still unable to retrieve my log in for the Airbnb I SET UP and now told to go to Airbnb direct. Utter JOKE. Stay away.

Jose very friendly no job too big or too small for him, always 100% attentive.
House very comfortable very clean very well equipped. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic location, supermarket , shopping mall and restaurants are 3 minutes.

Train and bus station is 5 minutes away and in 70 minutes with no changes your at Waterloo Station.

Flat was clean and had a few essentials in the cupboards.

Area feels very safe and child friendly.

Will definitely come again.
