Liam place near Hyde park is a fab little find,I would be happy to stay here again, décor is lovely and bed is comfy I didn't spend much time there however shower pressure was great and all amenities are onsite, I really liked this place.

Very nice, modern and cozy apartment with spacious living room, far away enough from London center craziness to have a breath after sightseeing running, but conveniently close to supermarket and transport stops. Entry instruction provided in advance and super clear, key locker used, so you are fully independent when arrive and leave. We had one moment an issue with boiler (not really serious), we called the hosting agency and they provided immediate support so in 10 minutes all was fixed (and it was during holidays time). Many bars/cafes around, pleasant district in general. I was staying there with my teens daughters and their friend, quite lazy and demanding young girls, but all 3 in one voice were saying that ALL WAS PERFECT! This is quite a feedback I must say :))

Bon emplacement. Appartement simple mais avec le nécessaire, propre et bien agencé près de saint pancras, idéal pour visiter.

Top appartement, schoon en netjes, alles wat je nodig hebt. Goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Mooi en modern. Extra’s zoals wasmachine, strijkplank, slippers, tandenborstel en zeepjes. Alleen weinig handoeken voor aantal nachten.

I stayed at Zoey place near Thames River, 2 weeks ago, a few days before I got there after I paid in full they requested a £100 deposit that I paid. It is definitely not 5* the property had dips of what looked like blood stains on the carpets front the living down the hallway and in the double bedroom, the toilet flush didn’t work, I fixed it! I plugged my hairdryer in and the socket was handing off the wall. The shower is above thaw bath that doesn’t drain quick enough with water, my partner slipped and really hurt his knee and today they have sent me a message requesting £300 for a stained carpet, we caused no staining or damage to this property.

Lokalizacja jest dobra - blisko metra. Natomiast odebranie kluczy powinno być ułatwione oraz informacja o odbiorze kluczy w innym miejscu niż miejsce zamieszkania powinna być zaznaczona w ofercie

1. Grzyb na ścianach wszędzie !!!! To jest nie dopuszczalne aby mieszkanie było całe w pleśni - jestem alergikiem, bardzo źle zniosłam pobyt.

2. Brudno w mieszkaniu. Włosy, kurz, pozostałości po wcześniejszych lokatorach.

3. Zimno w mieszkaniu. Nie dało się spać. Grzejniki zimne, okna nieszczelne. Wiało z każdego okna, coś okropnego.

4. Z prysznica leciała raz zimna raz letnia woda. Ciężko było się umyć.

5. Zepsuty zamek w drzwiach, dostanie się do domu to 15 minut walki z zamkiem. Wydostanie się z mieszkania tak samo.

Vi havde lejet Hannah Place Near Finsbury Park igennem Booking.com. Stedet var meget slidt med flere defekter og en seng var brast sammen. Jeg skrev med airoperate da vi ankom og aftalte at der ikke ville kræve betaling for sengen. Der kom senere et krav på 220 pund for sengen, som jeg ikke vil betale. Jeg har stadig ikke fået mit depositum på 100 pund tilbage her et halvt år efter selvom jeg har snakket med Booking.com flere gange både telefonisk og på mail. Booking siger at udlejer ikke svarer på deres henvendelse, og jeg selv skal ringe til udlejer. Så nu skal jeg selv drive mine penge ind selvom jeg har lejet af booking.com . Det værste var dog at vi skulle give adgang til nogle havemænd der skulle igennem lejligheden for at rydde op i haven. Haven var næsten groet helt til, så jeg forstår ikke hvorfor haven lige skulle ordnes imens vi var på ferie. Vi ville ikke udlevere nøglen til nogle fremmede havefolk. Så fik jeg en meget sur opringning fra udlejer der truede med bøder hvis vi ikke lukkede op. Vi blev i lejligheden imens de stakkels havefolk ordnede haven med de bare bæver og et stykke værktøj. Det var flere år siden at den have var ordnet, og der boede 3 ræve i haven. Vi burde faktisk få en dags husleje tilbage, men det har jeg ikke krævet. Jeg vil bare have mit depositum tilbage. Vi vil aldrig bruge airoperate eller booking.com mere.

The host provided the basic things in the house like toiletries, towels as well as some basic kitchen stuffs for cooking like salt, pepper, oil, etc. For me, this great because this is something other host don’t usually do. There is a lovely backyard too. It’s clean and tidy. The host can be easily contacted as we had a bit of untoward incidents. My toddler accidentally locked the door to the kitchen and we manage to open it with the help of the host. Lots of stores nearby and the nearest train station which is West Drayton is just 10 minutes walk from the property. Parking space is enough too.

Belle appartement, proche de la gare et des commerces. Très bien pour 4 personnes.

Everything was good.

The facility is clean and in good condition.

There are two metro stations near to the falt, one is located in zone 2 and the other one located in zone 3.

The flat is well equipped.

Generally recommend it if it is okay for you to transport by metro.

The only thing is there is a stair in the flat entrance and it could be not safe if you have a baby and you have to block it with any thing.

Support was great and helped us to find the location. Really great communication, great appartement. Really satisfying.

The property was very well kept and had everything that we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all things needed to cook and there was plenty of room for the 8 of us staying.

The location was very good, with bus and train links nearby and shops and other amenities within a short walk. The on street parking was also extremely helpful for those driving.

I would fully recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in London for a weekend.

The house was absolutely perfect—spacious, beautifully organized, and impeccably clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. It's located in a great, safe, and peaceful area of London, away from the busy crowds. I felt very relaxed and well-rested during my stay. Highly recommend!

I would say this property is very clean and convenient to stay and the centre location helps to travel to all the necessary destinations

We had a great few days at Liam Place near Hyde Park. The unit was quaint, cosy, and had everything we needed. Very close to Paddington Station, the Underground system and National Rail. Conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, and Hyde Park.
