Zoey’s place near Thames river - Apartment is claiming there was a damaged towel. They have not provided proof of the damage and have not made me aware in a timely manner. 22 days after check out to tell me this is unacceptable. I was not aware of any damage. They are not refunding my £50 deposit as they said that is the cost to replace but also provided no receipt. I should have been told the cleaners found this on the day of checkout and that they were waiting to see if this could be fixed, so therefore they are holding the deposit while they check but none of this was explained. Initially without so many words sounds like they were trying to accuse me of stealing a hairdryer but have admitted they found it now. Meanwhile we couldn’t even find a hairdryer. Also like to add they do not state when booking there is a deposit to pay. We found out a few days before when they advised the key box code would be given after paying this. Was explained it would be automatically refunded 7 days after checkout. I noticed from other reviews, the amount paid varies. I do not recommend

Very nice cosy home with garden,spotless clean,kitchen has all you need,in quite location,easy transport to London center,about 20 min on tube

L’appartement était grande propre fidèle à la description. Il y’avait tout ce qu’il fallait comme électroménagers. Très bon emplacement . Plusieurs arrêts de bus et de métro juste à quelques minutes . La gare était à 10 min par taxi . Le quartier était calme , pas de bruits ni dérangement la nuit. Des petits restaurants juste à côté de l’apparentement.
Point négatifs:
Il faut demander le code pour retirer les clés ( ce qui n’était pas clair et indiquer sur booking, donc ça nous a perdu un peu de temps pour avoir l’internet , faire l’enregistrement pour avoir le code et enfin retirer les clés . Le chauffage dans le couloir est no réglable et aussi la lave vaisselle n’était pas fonctionnelle.
Je donne 7/10 comme note d’appréciation.

Chouette appartement (Pam's flat) mais ménage vraiment pas top.
Salle de bain bouchée. Un coton tige sale dans le tiroir de la table de nuit. Ne pas regarder les coins.
Les draps et serviettes sont propres.
Appartement bien situé et équipé avec une grande cuisine. Idéal pour les familles.

The apartment is beautiful, bright and very clean. No carpet and full kitchen. The spacious rooms. You sleep very well, in silence. Very nice and pretty neighborhood and well connected. Very well located. They answer you by email or phone and help at all times. I had problems with the location. The address is confusing and we had a hard time finding the apartment. Finally they helped us over the phone but it was very difficult. I would have appreciated if someone came to help us. The person who handed us the keys didn't know anything about the address of the apartment he just handed us the keys. You have to go pick up the keys at another address, about 8 minutes walk away.

The flat is incredible,

The apartment is very homely. I had a full week booking and stayed here with family. The amenities were fully accessible and working all the time; location is great too with a Tesco Superstore not too far away. The Chelsea Football Club stadium also being nearby was an added plus for my brothers who are football fans.
Although my mum wished it had an elevator access, we all thoroughly and totally loved our time here.

Outstanding apartment! Stylish and superbly located. A top choice for urban living. Highly recommended!

Lovely place , clean and comfort

The stay at Laura's Place next to Hyde Park in London was very pleasant. Everything was ok. Both accommodation and cleanliness were excellent.

The property was really beautiful, parking available right in front of house. All rooms spacious would definitely be back.

Nice place with a lot of space not far away from the centre of london

Paul’s place was clean and efficient. Walking distance to train line. Check and out was simple and well explained. Minor problems was dealt with in a quick manner. I would use Paul’s place again. My only complaint was it got pretty cold at night sometimes. I guess it is norm for London.
