My online shopping and good received were awesome. No issues there, though my brother's purchase shows that his is backordered when the website still says Air Venturi Avenger in stock (plus he paid for additional services). This put a damper on our mood as we were planning a trip and going to break in the Avengers. They were also quick with an email to introduce themselves if I had any questions and I have not heard back from them.

I’ve always had good experiences with Airgun Depot. Delivery is timely with plenty of notification and product tracking. I like the ease of use of the website.

Shipment came well packaged and quickly. This time it was a small order but still same attention to detail.

Took a little long to receive my partial order. Many things are back ordered. I called customer service they were polite from America and gave me the information I wanted. Addressed my order concerns, that was a five star. Been two weeks have not received the product so I cannot rate it yet.

Nice products but too many loopholes for applying discounts.

Not being familiar with PCP airguns the sheer amount of data on the site made it hard for me to narrow down my choices and order the right equipment – gun, compressor, fittings, and ammo. The woman I spoke to at customer service (Rhonda) was extremely helpful and over the course of a week she helped me narrow down my choices and made sure that I ended up with exactly what I needed, no more, no less. I had specific requests for the shipping date and she made sure that the order was shipped when I was here to sign for it. I'd recommend Airgun Depot to any prospective airgun customer.

After placing, my order shipped and delivered within a couple of days. Shipping information included a tracking number to track to destination. From placing the order to time of delivery, the process was seamless.

I love the authenticity of the pistol however, when I ordered the BBs and the CO2 cartridges, I wasn’t aware that I needed RWS air chamber lube to lubricate CO2 capsule other than that the gun worked perfect I am totally satisfied. I will be ordering the RWSA Chamberlain thank you.

Purchased an air gun that didn't meet my needs. I contacted customer support and they gave me everything I needed right away to return the air gun at no cost to me (except return shipping of course which was very reasonable). They credited my payment method within 2 days of receiving the original airgun I had returned. I then immediately ordered a second air gun more suited to my purposes which I received in just a few days. Both of the airguns were well packed and in brand new condition. I was completely and totally satisfied with my experience at Airgun Depot, especially with the excellent customer service and shipping departments. I wish all companies were as easy to work with. Highly recommended!
