I bought a .25 Umarex Zelos from pyramid last month. I pretty quickly went through the pellets I initially bought so I bought some more (since .25 caliber pellets are not locally available). I bought four boxes of pellets H&N Barracuda .25 pellets from them after they were recommended on their website. Unfortunately, these pellets are slightly too long to work in the magazine of this air rifle and it will not function with them. I contacted pyramid and asked if I could return them or exchange them for a product that worked I was informed that all ammunition sales are final. I have three unopened boxes that I cannot use unless I want to take each pallet and sand it down so it functions. Not sure where the policy of not returning unopened lead pellets comes from but this response from my company I’ve just spent $800 with is disappointing and I will be forced to take my business elsewhere.

It was easy to shop but I purchased the 1 month subscription for a 10% discount it was offered once’s purchased but never got it

Matthew did everything to make it right and send out new slugs. I appreciate that. However the slugs still came out of the top tray. It would help if the foam that was placed in the bottom of the box was also placed on top of the slug box. Like a sandwich. And tape it together like you do for the pellets

10/13/2026 I've purchased from them before but this time... for months I have been keeping an eye on their website price for an Air Arms TX200 MkIII. $999.99. I go ahead and bite. Got delivered today. In the package is a nice new catalog with that gun selling for 899.99. I called them and talked to a "Mark" who stated their catalog prices are never guaranteed. Deception and dishonesty are not virtues.

I purchased an fx impact m4 from these folks back in June 2026. The gun is amazing but within 3 weeks of owning the gun I started having air leakage. I called them up and they sent me over to air Venturi (I guess a sister company) told them what’s going on and figured it’s probably an o ring. I wanted to simply send them the gun as I don’t have appropriate tools for working on air guns and lack the know how especially on such an expensive and sophisticated gun. They said “oh we will just send you the o ring it’s super easy to install” I hesitantly agreed. Well I finally got the o ring yesterday. Why it took almost 2 months to get an o ring is beyond me. Long story short… anyone wanting a basically brand new fx impact m4? Super disappointed in these guys and their partner or sister company. I bought a 2500$ gun that lasted a few weeks and didn’t even bother sending me instructions on how to fix my gun.

Purchased a Hatsan Bullboss 0.22 caliber pellet gun with a bi-pod& scope. Spent over $700 I was able to fire it two times and it broke. Called customer service and was told I could ship it back to them for them to see if it was something I did or if it was a manufacturer defect don't waste your money these people are Crooks

The product AI chat is pretty good, however as with all AI, it can fall short and contradict itself if you ask the right questions. Ultimately talking to an agent to confirm is always a good thing. I ordered a buck rail kit for my Umarex Notos and although it showed “in stock” when checking out it was sold and shipped by the manufacturer which I didn’t like as it delayed my shipment and even though I paid for expedited shipping. The status still shows not shipped in Pyramyd’s shipping status, so I have no idea what’s going on with my order and the extra I paid to have it shipped sooner.

I ordered three items by phone and the person I talked with was very polite and accomodating,,,very helpful. Shipping and delivery was surprisingly fast and the products were top quality. Very pleased with Pyramyd Air and will not hesitate to do more business with them. Thanks Pyramyd !!!
