Impossible to setup. I cant get past step one and popping the roof up

Had issues with the window slides on a newly purchased blind that I came across the first time setting it up and of course this was out in the woods for hunting. Slide popped out, fabric ripped etc. I was not happy, however tidewe reached out after I did a product review and emailed them. Customer service was on point and world class! Super responsive and understanding! They are sending me a new blind and said to reach out if there’s ever any issues with any product and they got your back basically! Great job tidewe, just don’t lose sight of this customer focus as your company grows!

Everything described by Company. My husband and sons love this blink for turkey hunting. They love that you can see all the way around but are still camouflaged. Easy to set up and take down. Excellent product.

I purchased blinds only one has been used will be selling other..the design in my was not designed by hunters.. the windows are a slide up only top and slide down only on bottom.. but the bottom window is useless..to actually see even tho it a see thru blind you must open windows which means while sitting a a chair the top window must be all the way up so the deer can see right in on you.the bottom window should of been solid then the top window 6" higher and split in 2 adjustable up and down so you can sit comfortably..way designed now we must sit slumped over in our chair to see out slits..

​I purchased a two-piece clothing set from Tidewe, but when the order arrived, both pieces were completely the wrong color and camouflage pattern compared to what was advertised.
​When I reached out to customer service, their explanation was that because they manufacture clothing in two different factories, colors and patterns vary. That is completely unacceptable. As hunters, pattern and shade matching matter, and customers should get the exact camouflage they order—not whatever a specific factory happened to run that day.

I have purchased several items from TideWe. I bought the 270 vis blind, 360 vis blind, two heated blind chairs and some waders. I have been happy every time. I am a very avid hunter. I use these religiously. I was impressed on how quickly and well packaged they came. Both of these blinds are very silent and love the see thru technology. Easy setup and take down. Was delivered on time sets up easy very portable

Order 2 ground blinds one was received in good shape other was ran over and damaged. Contacted customer service they said yes you're covered BUT then they proceeded to tell me I have to to contact a 3rd party fill out some forms and wait for them to do whatever they do.
I didn’t buy from them 3rd party I don’t work for tidewe so why do I have to do their work?? They approved me that doesn’t make any since won’t be buying again if they can’t take of their people.
