I have recently purchased portable heater…
I have recently purchased portable heater, after receiving it, noticed that quality is poor and have decided to return. After spending 15 min on the line, customer service agent said it will cost me 20£ just to collect. Heater price 39£ and return 20£. Scammers and I would suggest everyone to avoid!

Disgraceful!
Disgraceful!! I paid £20 to nominate a delivery day and stayed in 8am-7pm to receive delivery but it never arrived. I contacted Aircon Direct the following morning and they advised it would be delivered that day and it’s still NOT arrived. I’ve no idea if or when I will receive it and I’ve got workmen booked. Absolutely atrocious. I’ll never use this company again.

Useless and incompetent
Useless! Let me down three times on an order and made my company look bad in front of a customer. Ordered the unit one week in advance and three promised delivery dates no fulfilled. Don’t use this company. Much better companies out there selling air con units.

very disappointed with time had to wait for product , ordered 20/10 eventually friday 9/11 came , but apparently wasnt loaded on van , so came out monday , said between 10.18 and 12.18 , i waited in, at 12.30 after trying to contact apc through useless bots i was about to give up and apc turned up , i know the messed up was the courier but seeing as i paid 10 quid for it , it reflects on your company and im very annoyed and disappointed

I love this company, they make it so easy to order and take delivery its just pure efficiency from start to finish. The Easy Fit Air Con units are just superb, not hard to install and worth the effort, upon completion, in the Summer they keep you lovely and cool, and vice versa in the winter ..toasty warm. So far so good
So far so good! The heater arrived very quickly and was well packaged. Easy to install on the wall with the plugs provided, it even included a concrete drill which was extremely handy. Since it’s not cold enough yet to put it on regularly, we tried it to make sure it works and now waiting for weather to get cold to see how it warms the kitchen area.

Rubbish - I received an email asking me to confirm a delivery date- I then received a phone call asking me to confirm a delivery date - I confirmed in the phone call the same date as I did in the email and all of that was confirmed both by email and in a phone call and of course……no delivery happened! I rang and was told you didn’t have all the bits for the delivery - I stayed in all day to receive it…….rubbish comms and the left hand do not know what the right hand is doing……

The delivery was three weeks later than…
The delivery was three weeks later than the original date and when it was delivered the delivery was incomplete, I was the advised that the missing indoor unit would be delivered the following day, this didn’t happen and now three days later it still hasn’t been delivered and no one has contacted me. Very poor service, I am very disappointed

At the time it was the only place that appeared any stock of stand alone coolers. Price was in line with others in the market and delivery was prompt and efficient.
