Its changed my whole experience buying cars after the bad experience i have had and i will 1000% be back ! From start to finish the comunication was perfect! My Kia was due its service
My Kia was due its service. I booked on line which was very easy & could select the date I wanted. I also knew what it was going to cost.
The team at KIA Macclesfield were friendly & the garage was clean & welcoming. I also could get a free coffee whilst I waited. The bill was explained to me when it was time to pay. The garage itself is very convenient for transport links & the town centre should I choose not to wait for my car in the future.

Chris was the Sales person I dealt with and he was very thorough and patient talking through products, while giving me space to make a decision. I didn’t feel at all pressured to buy. He was warm, friendly and not too ‘salesy’. Very happy with my experience.

Pleasant staff, courtesy car given without any upsell of insurance for the day, good communication, flexible on pickup when I was running late. Really great experience, so different to Hyundai who are AWFUL compared to the excellent service with you! Thanks!

All aspects of the car purchased were very good. Jenna was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and not at all "pushy". She was very understanding when we had to postpone collection at short notice. The car was very well prepared and sufficient time was spent to fully explain controls etc. The whole purchase was a pleasure!
