I can't fault the customer service from Acorn in Crewe. Alex made the whole experience easy and smooth and I had my new car within a week. Highly recommend.

I went to inquire about a new Kia car…
I went to inquire about a new Kia car with my family. As soon as we entered the showroom, all the agents pretended to be busy and offered no assistance. After some time, we were attended to by an agent who didn't even offer us water, despite it being 33 degrees outside. He seemed uninterested in answering our questions and even suggested that we visit the MG garage instead, claiming they have better cars. Due to this experience, I will not be buying from Kia anymore; you have lost a customer.

Acorn Kia Crewe fab experience
Just bought a car from Acorn Kia in Crewe. Delt with a really nice man called Elliot. He was brilliant. He didn't push to sell me stuff I didn't want and didn't add on load of extras then give me a total like a previous Kia garage did. He was really helpful and answered all my questions even if they sounded stupid. And to top it off he organised delivery of my car on the day I wanted. So grateful love the car. Bought a Car remotely last year and amazing customer support over a year later !
I bought my Kia electric car remotely from Kia Crewe last year, and from the very start the experience felt personal, reassuring, and genuinely enjoyable. I was sent helpful videos and photos before buying, arranging delivery was straightforward, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Since then, the car has been fantastic, and I have truly loved owning it.
When I recently tried to book it in for a service through the official Kia website at Kia Bell Northants, my local dealer, I was disappointed and frustrated to be told they could not find my prepaid service plan, even though the booking confirmation clearly showed that it was covered and free.
After several attempts to sort it out and feeling like I was getting nowhere, I contacted Kia Crewe for help. I then spoke to Molly Hambrook. She was incredibly helpful, quickly sending over the previous service records, confirming that the car had been serviced at the correct intervals, and reassuring me that the prepaid service plan was valid and should have been visible to Kia Bells Northampton as well.
Thanks to her support, the issue was finally resolved and Kia Bells Northampton were able to locate the plan. Molly’s excellent customer service made a real difference, and I am genuinely grateful for the care and professionalism she showed throughout. Because of that experience, I would wholeheartedly recommend Kia Crewe to anyone considering buying a car, whether in person or remotely.
Special thanks also to Alex Cooper who facilated the original sale and helped with all the questions and arranging the car as well along with the finance side. A friendly helpful knowledgeable chap

The team were very welcoming and friendly. It was a calm and relaxed atmosphere. I was able to progress with a car exchange, confident in the decisions I had made. Especially, when changing from a petrol hybrid to an electric vehicle.

I walked in and dealt with Josh, he explained he had a customer coming in in an hour but didn’t make us feel rushed at all he was honestly amazing time effort banter the lot honestly i genuinely think I brought the car because of him.

We had a really good feeling straight…
We had a really good feeling straight away from Kia Crewe. Josh was not in the least pushy but was patient and informative and appreciated we had never considered Kia before. He also knew we were looking at other manufacturers. We returned a week or so later and took a test drive, cancelled our next day Volvo test drive as a result and bought the Sportage . Whole experience was above and beyond our expectations.
