Hero’s in a crisis
I came in recently very stressed about the Citroen airbag car recall and immediate stop drive mandate,
The garage were terrific and had my car fixed in 2 days and also listed any advisories for my upcoming MOT all Free of Charge,
I had read terrible stories on internet reviews about work taking weeks which was obviously terrifying when one is dependant on a car for work and income,
Kia across the road who are part of the Acorn group are offering discounted hire for compromised drivers and loaned a top of the range hire car for a very good price and also refunded any extra days I’d booked.
All in all a scary situation remedied quickly , Thank you so so much for your care and professionalism and to the tech team who are working out of hours to clear backlog,

DS3 recall repair
Recently used Acorn for the DS3 recall. What can I say? Fantastic from start to finish. After hearing all the horror stories all over the media of people not getting bookings until 2026, Acorn told me to leave my car with them so they can get it done as soon as it’s my turn (it was illegal to drive anyway so it made more sense for it to be there rather than at home) and in less than 2 days they had phoned me to tell me it was finished! I was all prepared for it to be there for several weeks, after being told just how many cars they currently had on their list to repair. These guys are working practically round the clock to get people back on the road. The customer care is off the scale, the office staff (unsure of the correct title) could not have been nicer, and are genuinely doing their best to help customers in an absolutely unprecedented situation. I also had the pleasure of meeting one of the mechanics when I went to pick up my car, again, could not have been more friendly.
Bear in mind, this is a nationwide recall at no expense to the customer, Acorn also gave my car a full health check and even a wash-at no cost to me.
I’m genuinely blown away at the speed my car was fixed and the level of care provided.
Take note Stellantis and Citroen-THIS is customer care. You owe your reputation to dealerships like this
