Poor to date. Can’t get a response to emails about a car I’ve ordered. Only asked a simple question around delivery timescales.

I was dealt with extremely quickly and professionally. I received a video about the car which was in for a service. The additional work required was explained to me. The car was ready washed and cleaned long before I needed it. I received telephone calls without having to chase for updates.

Update
Further to my review below, they reply asking me to contact them to restore my faith in them, I contact them only to be told the case is closed so that was a waste of my time contacting them again.
Had a vehicle delivered by the fleet department in May last year, the bonnet was damaged on delivery, I have been in communication with them ever since, my car went in to be repaired, came back very very bad, it took 6 months to get them to have another look at it, finally went in a couple of weeks ago, Ashton the fleet manager called me to say that they are not prepared to put right the work that they did wrong the first time, he even agreed that you could see the ripple in the paintwork but says it isn't bad enough to put right, so I am stuck with a £55,000 brand new car that has a ripple in the paintwork which i think is totally unacceptable, Ashton also failed to return many many emails and phone calls, I am totally disgusted with the level of customer service I received from this company, my advice would be to avoid at all costs.

Poor Experience
I leased a KIA EV6 from them but by far the whole delivery and aftercare treatment has been the worst experience ever. I was given information on how and when the car would be delayed. I was just given a date. I had to call on the day to ask. I was not advised to arrange insurance prior to delivery. The other car dealers I have dealt with have been upfront about this. When I called back about this, one of the team advised me that I should arrange it on the day. 'It is easy, I have done it several times'. As done last minutes cost were way above the quotes I had got earlier when I was researching getting the car. Over £1000 pounds more.
I was reassured the car would have the relevant updates especially the ICCU recall. However on delivery, car was showing updates requires for the system. Soon after delivery, I received an ICCU recall letter. This involves taking the car in for the whole day on a work day. I would have to take time off work to do that. As a clinician, I need a vehicle to get to work and to carry out home visits. This is further cost that I will to incur as this will be unpaid leave. I will be arranging this
The manager contacted me back following my complaint. He stated he would investigate the issue and I could contact him back if any issues. I have written two more emails and also call four times but no response. The reception team have offered various reasons: he was away with KIA UK, Christmas holidays, was in a meeting, was with a customer. Each time I was advised by them that they would relay the message that I called but still no contact.
Unfortunately, I will be taking this forward to KIA UK and/or the Ombudsman regarding their practices and experiences as they do not want to reply to me. Very professional in my opinion.

I took my car for it’s first service , it would take about one and a half hours so I decided to wait , there was a area with coffee machine and nice seating area ,
The car was ready in the time stated ,it had even a wash which I wasn’t expecting , very good service , when I got home I received a short video which was the health check of the car , not something I had before ,

I recommend Kia for Motability customers!
Visited with my parents to arrange their motability car, our sales consultant today was Toby Mason.
We were given plenty of time to select the right car to suit the needs of my parents, and were talked through all the options available.
Toby even liaised with Des Gosling to find the best adaptation options for the three cars my parents were considering and made the arrangements for the installation.
My parents decided on a new car and all the new features inc Hybrid automatic were fully explained and we were assured that all the operating systems would be demonstrated before they drive away in it.
Toby provided excellent customer support and took the time and care to listen to any questions and concerns we had.

Having recently purchased a lovely Kia Stonic from Kia Acorn Burntwood, I popped in to ask about a paint stick in the event I got a little chip on my car.
I was given sound advice about it and the ordering was super easy with the friendly after sales lady. I received a call from them when it was available. The parts team were amazing on collection too! I had a laugh with the chaps, and for me, that goes a long way when people are friendly and not afraid to have a giggle.
