I had ACE PDF license on my old laptop that broke. I requested a replacement one to use the software on my new laptop. The customer service was excellent and they provided with a new one and deactivated the old one. Very impressed. The software itself is excellent.

Began using Ace PDF a week ago. Seems to be a very good application, but I had problems with the printing function.
After reporting the problem and sending some log files to Customer Service it did not take long until they updated their product. I just had to download, reinstall and enjoy an error free application.
Gold Medal to a serious, competent, fast responding Customer Service!

Excellent support and smooth experience. I recommend...

I had a problem installing AcePDF after hours on a holiday weekend and left a message for the AceThinker Customer Support Team. A Customer Support Specialist got back to me within a couple of hours with a new keycode which worked instantly and perfectly.
I call that excellent customer service.

AcePDF is a very complete set of tools for working with PDF files. The features I have used worked great. When I had to transfer my license off a PC I discarded to a different PC customer support got back to me right away.

AcePDF is a GREAT product, and the customer support at AceThinker is FANTASTIC! I haven't been so pleased with a software purchase in ages,
Got the product installed on one laptop, no problem. But when I went to install on my second laptop, it said I had used up all my licenses. But the sales documents clearly said I could have it on 2 devices. I contacted the sales company, which referred me to AceThinker.
Boom, problem solved in a matter of hours. They sent me another license key, and everything seemed fine.
But...I use MathType for equations. I had a Word document with a lot of MathType equations in it. Converting it with AcePDF to a PDF produced a glitch, and it did not render perfectly. It is a problem I have run into before with MathType equations when a computer does not have MathType on it. It's a font thing.
So, I sent another message to AceThinker. One day later, I got a response telling me they had upgraded the software and to try again.
Boom, AGAIN! It was fixed.
Moral of the story: The product seems to be new (I don't know how long it's been around), and there are glitches. But...It is a VERY GOOD product, and THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS OUT OF THIS WORLD - FANTASTIC!!
I honestly didn't think customer support like that existed anymore. But it does at AceThinker.

I bought the Aqua Tune Windows lifetime license some time ago and the product worked ok. Occasional hickups and odd download speeds, but still workable. I have recently tried to utilize it again to rip some more music off of Youtube, and now I get errors. What's worse, I cannot seem to contact anyone at the company despite reaching out on Facebook and through their local support link. The submit button does not appear to do anything and just hangs there. I understand if a program is not going to be around forever, but at least let your users know that lifetime purchases of software have a very finite end date.

I am impressed with this program and how it creates and edits PDF files. Well worth the price!
My focus has been using it to create and edit forms which it does and generally works well. But I am finding that I am not able to reorder fields so that when tabbing through the form they are in order. I had Adob Acr Pro and there was a screen where this was possible, but not AceThinkerPDF. I also tried reaching out to their contact us form using two different browsers, but it doesn't appear to be working. I hope this isn't a bad sign.

My system crashed and I lost my PDF along with other paid for program. Worse, I my License and login info.
Other venders said re-buy, AceThinker thank me for being a customer, and got me back up and running.

Jim from the support team was professional, clear, and efficient. This is exactly how customer service should be. I am very satisfied with both the software and the support, and I will definitely recommend AceThinker to others.

Rahul was quick to respond and understood my concern and, he provided a solution.

Several severe Issues:
1. Conversion from PDF to Word: At least so far, two words were not converted correctly:
1.1 The word "coffee" in PDF is converted to "cofe fe" in Word
1.2 The word "buffet" in PDF is converted to "bufef t" in Word
2. Unicode was 10% supported: Unicode text is working with Notes but not with other functions such as Text Box, Call Out, Annotation and Watermark.

It will be a great product for the price once these serious problem are fixed.

The cost was very reasonable! When I inquired about putting my software product on another laptop, I was informed that it was so mentioned in the purchase. I did have trouble putting it on the laptop, but was given another license code which did the job. Very happy with the outcome. Thanks AceThinker!!
