Astounded with the ease and speed of resolving my problem moving the program from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Responded to my inquiry with 10 minutes and had be back to work in 15. Very professional.

Loaded their .pdf program on my PC about six months ago and then had a disk drive problem, which required that I replace the drive and start over again. When I tried to install the program again, it told me it was already installed so I reached out to this company and explained what had happened, and they immediately gave me a new code so I could continue to use the software.
Their .pdf program works beautifully with all my applications. And their customer service has been outstanding.

I've been looking for a replacement for Adobe Acrobat and read about AcePDF Editor. I downloaded it on a Monday and ran it through its paces. By Thursday, I was buying a lifetime license. I had one pre-sales question that was answered within one hour! WOW! This app is great for converting PDFs to Word, OCR of scanned documents, and more. I highly recommend it!

very helpful and honest

I purchased a license for lifetime, but after reinstalling my computer and the App the code did not worked anymore.
The support desk helped met with that very efficiently.
My compliments to them for their rapid and nice service with an issue.

High quality song download

I had a minor issue with adding a second machine and the customer support responded almost immediately (on a Sunday) with a fully effective, and easy to implement, solution. Really terrific customer support.

Aquaclip quit working suddenly and I asked for customer support. They spent most of a work week patiently, consistently, and persistently working with me through different steps to eventually solve the problem. The software is now working perfectly. I bought the AcePDF editor for MAC last fall. A few months ago I noticed bugs with some keyboard special characters when adding text to a document. The support team was very responsive, and once I was able to communicate what was happening, they said the issues would be resolved in the next release.
A couple of days ago I was notified and directed to the new release, everything I reported is fixed now! I also noticed the page scrolling is smoother now and the program seems more refined.
I don’t know if there’s a user guide available, but I’ve been able to find and figure out how to do just about everything I’ve tried. For example today how to select all pages in a pdf and rotate them 90 degrees.

I mostly use the software for manipulating pdfs - not editing, creating, etc. But so far, it's done all the things that I needed it to do. 5 stars.

Bought this software nearly two years ago and aways find a way to utilize its core functions on a nearly daily basis. Perhaps even more amazing than the software is the stellar customer service. Due to multiple factors and various life circumstances, I've had to redownload and reinstall the software on different devices -- usually due to one laptop or another being stolen. In every case I've been meet with a quality treatment by every representative.
