I paid for a lifetime license almost 10 years ago, but had not used the product in several years since. I was about to have a webinar that I wanted to record so I pulled out the p;d product and it no longer worked. Upon contacting customer service they supplied me with an updated version of the software an a fresh lifetime license! I would give 10 stars if that was possible! Thank You!!

I lost the activation code for my app, so when I installed it in my replacement laptop, I couldn't activate it. I wrote the company and almost immediately got a response and a new activation code. Really great service.

I recently had to replace the motherboard in my Mac following accidental liquid damage, which meant I needed to reinstall Aqua Clip. When I tried to reactivate my lifetime licence, the system initially showed that my activation code had already been used.

My computer froze-up due to another Microsoft update rendering my computer into an expensive paperweight with the only option remaining is to wipe harddrive clean and reinstall OS from scratch. An uncompromised, immediate, customer service 'please help me' request, in a refreshingly passionate professional manner. I won't go through the details, however, Jim had no reason to believe the issue I found myself in. I am a completely new and 'discount purchaser', who lost functionality. I reached out, explained the crisis and that I needed the tools, that I once had, which I could not access........The response, solution and even post-fix follow up check, all came so rapidly, professionally and without a suspicious frame or tilt with the solution. I am still in awe. I don't ever do these 'things' and only realized it was a Sunday at the beginning of this little 'song of praise'.... By the way... their software is robust, simple and does exactly what it says on the box. What more could you need ?

AceThinker has great products and a great price - their pdf editor is the best with a low price does what the big boys do at a lower price. You don't need them this one works.

My previous version had expired due to Mac no longer supporting Intel apps. I reached out to support for assistance. Within minutes I received a link to the newest version. I uninstalled previous version and installed new version. Upon a successful installation I was asked to provide a serial Number. I again reached out to request a serial number since I had a lifetime subscription. It took one day but I did get a SN. It all occurred on a weekend. IMPRESSIVE SUPPORT.

I purchased a lifetime license for AcePDF and installed it on my Galaxy Book4 Ultra. On June 27, 2026, a Samsung BIOS update interfered with the Windows 11 Insider Quality Update, causing my Galaxy Book4 Ultra Laptop to be locked out due to a TPM credential lockdown. As a result, I had to perform a full reinstallation of Windows 11 Pro and my software and applications. After reinstalling AcePDF Converter & Editor (Lifetime License), the activation system reported that the license was already in use on “another system,” referring to the same Galaxy Book4 Ultra Laptop before the TPM lockout and OS reinstallation. I contacted AceThinker Customer Support, and Jim Champion (Service Specialist) responded immediately with a new License Code to complete the re-activation successfully.
