What I've been looking for in modest office wear! For those wanting to be both western formal and yet fully covered for discreet and understated elegance !

Absolutely love my first few dresses recently with outstanding chic cuts, high end design and finish. Will definitely be a regular with Aab.

The dress is GRET

The dress I ordered on July 9 arrived today. The following month, August, I contacted them and asked when they were going to send me my purchase, and they replied that it would take 6-8 weeks for the customer to be exported and sent, where I was very shocked at that information because it was not said anywhere... After additional weeks of waiting, I contact them again with an email and ask for my order and for them to explain more precisely when I can expect to receive my dress, but then they answer that someone will contact me and contact me again via email and that someone never contacted me contacted. I tried to send them a message again, but I was blocked, which made me very angry ... I thought that this company didn't even exist and that it was a fake website....
Last week I received an email that they finally sent me a dress, I was shocked that someone contacted me... and really today the dress I ordered arrived exactly as I imagined... I like it cotton and beautifully embroidered and what is the most important it fits my size exactly, given that I am tall, the length is ideal.
So in this way, I would like to suggest to Aab profile that they refine and better specify their website regarding delivery and that they necessarily improve their work with customers because it is really ugly to answer automatically and not professionally.
Thank you Aab, the dress is great and I think I will order another one in the hope that the second one will be delivered faster.

I purchased some premium jersey hijabs…

I purchased some premium jersey hijabs and even after following the care instructions, the hijabs have become bobbly. I am quite disappointed as I had spent quite a bit on them. I would have thought they'd last about 2 or 3 years not bobble up after four months of use.

Customer over a decade

I have been purchasing from Aab Collection for over a decade. I have never been disappointed in their service and delivery has always been on time. So far whatever I have bought over the last decade or so, is still in perfect condition and timeless and I wear all my kimonos and abayas, all the time. Recently this summer just gone I bought the coord set in a lilac hue, which is so elegant an the fabric flows beautifully. Thank you Aab for making dressing modestly so chic.

The service of the staff is so bad

The service of the staff is so bad, bullying behaviour they will not own up to mistakes
The admin staff are the worst vile, messed up multiple orders without any accountability
It’s happen to so many girls

Only thing is the clothing but what’s on the market now and the competition I can’t see this company lasting long with the lies and disgusting customer service
As a Muslim company should be ashamed but there is kifarah on everything if not this world on the next will be accountable

Great customer service and great quality items

I have bought many hijab magnets and dresses over time. The quality has always been to a very high standard. I have been unable to find hijab magnets with the same level of strength and so aab is my ‘go to’ for magnets.

Rubbish customer service and taking money

Rubbish customer service and money taken away. I was told to return an item it would cost £4.75 which I agreed to and used their pre paid label. They took £9.70 away as apparently the cost of them delivering the item to you is also deducted from the refund. This is not stated anywhere on their website or emails. I would not recommend ordering from them and as for their customer service it might as well be nonexistent. Wrongfully taking money is a haram and unjust thing to do.

Rubbish company to ever deal with!!!

Rubbish company to ever deal with!!!! They make you pay 4.95£ for delivery and if you want to return items you have to pay another £4.95. What the hell? This is day light robbery. Will never ever order from them again. Waste of money and their items are rubbish! Purely designed and rubbish fabric. Please don’t bother with them!

I did not deny that you did not make all these details clear, my problem is that I lost money that I paid to get the item delivered, and then had to pay again to return the item? How ridiculous is that? Most other companies cover the return in the payment they have received for delivery but in case with Aab you get robbed. This is day light robbery, never buying from you again. I lost roughly 10£ to order and return items. I’d rather never deal with you again.

We charge £4.95 for delivery if your order is under £120 this information is clearly stated when you place the order.

If you choose to use our optional returns portal, we do state that we will deduct £4.75 if you use Royal Mail.

The return is only created when you click on the checkbox accepting these charges. A return cannot be generated if you disagree with the charges and therefore, we do not take any money without your knowledge.

We also state on our website that you are welcome to use your own method to post the return to us.

We understand that these costs may seem steep, but we can reassure you that the costs stated are the best we can offer as a business.

Ordered multiple dresses from them but…

Ordered multiple dresses from them but their customer service is very poor. They sent the wrong dress and didn’t reply to any emails, chats or WhatsApp messages. It took them weeks to get back and the person who got back was rude and unwilling to understand the customer’s frustration.

Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service! I have been a loyal customer of Aab for many years now and am continuously disappointed when I contact their customer service teams whether it’s by email, web chat, WhatsApp or phone. They just don’t reply back to any of them, it’s so frustrating!
Even when I’ve needed a refund I have to keep chasing them for it, even after their 14 day policy.
Although I love their designs their quality checking seem quite lacking too and have had to return so many items because of faults.

Extremely poor customer service. They dont respond , tried ringing numerous times (all unanswered) and on the off chance they do respond by email they are very rude. The items are also poor quality and see through especially the dresses and skirts. Pretty pointless for modest clothing!!!

This is my favourite MODEST brand

This is my favourite MODEST brand. The quality and fit of the garments are just beautiful. I love that they cater to tall women in different sizes and most importantly they provide a good range of beautiful outfits that are perfect for nursing mother. Aab allows me to still look elegant without compromising my modesty and comfortability. Since I have become a new mum I have purchased more than 30 outfits. The only thing I think needs improvement is the quality of the zip in the maxi dresses, other than that no complaints.

I am customer of 10+ years of…

I am customer of 10+ years of aabcollection. I attended a pop-up shop today. The staff were very friendly and great help. The clothes for the most part stand out from other modest shopping sites. Sizings have been consistent for me 99.5% of the time. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely love Aab

Absolutely love Aab. I’ve been wearing Aab for years and I’m not about to stop.

What’s not to love? The lovely quality clothing, elegant modest designs etc. I particularly love the extensive range of good quality hijabs - no where near that £2 cr ap you get from Whitechapel.

Also the new website so is much better and easier to navigate - the site looks classy and sophisticated - a true reflection of the brand.

High quality clothing and service

Provide high quality clothing which is really difficult to find online, particularly for men. The brand provides clean designs, quality fabrics and quick, good service.

The fit of the menswear is very good - I have struggled to find thobes that fit well, but the ones from Aab fit as well as tailored thobes, with really high quality fabrics.

Fantastic quality and designs

I love every item I’ve bought from this brand. The materials are high quality and the designs are very fashionable. Items arrived on time. My friends and family always compliment me when I wear anything from here. I’ve even been stopped and asked on the street where I bought my outfit. If made me feel great! Highly recommended if you’re considering purchasing items.
