Refunds can take up to 4 weeks to process sometimes longer
Placed an order and 10 days later no dispatch information.
No reply to emails and phone calls out of service. No way to provide feedback or to speak to someone

ABB just doesn’t care about the customer.
I have purchased a few items from aab and my views are mixed, but recently I spent a huge amount on their sale.
Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to check the abayahs and missed the return date.
I just wanted to warn that the material used was so poor, almost like paper. Thin and resembled something you could purchase from Shein. I did write to them, not expecting a refund as my time frame had expired but atleast an acknowledgement of our customer experience. The email I received was a CHAT GPT reply and that annoyed me.
I think that abb doesn't seem to put their customer as their focus or priority and looking at these reviews I can see I am not the only one.
I sometimes like things they sell but out of principle I feel I am not going to spend my money on an organisation who doesn't care about my experience.
I actually returned the clothes to abb at my expense because just looking at them made me sad thinking how much money I had spent.
As expected they didn't care and I I didn't even receive a query or acknowledgement that the clothes were returned.
Maybe as a Muslim Organisation I expect better or maybe I shouldn't!!!

Really appalling customer service
Really appalling customer service, items missing from order, no accountability. Basically accused me of lying. I have been an Aab customer since its inception and have spent thousands with this company over the years. Disgusted and will never be shopping from Aab again.

Do not buy from them their sizings are wrong
I purchased a kimono from Aab and they refused to exchange or refund the item. Their sizing is wrong. I purchased a s/56 previously and it was too long for me so I decided to purchase a s/54 so the length would be a bit shorter, however it was very small. The overall proportions are completely different which wasn’t started on the website. Spoke to the manager she was just repeating how she can’t do return or exchange. What am I supposed to do with an item that doesn’t fit me? I literally said I’ll exchange for a large and tailor it to my size, she wasn’t not helping me out to find a solution. I’m very dissatisfied with the service. They are unreadable and just keep saying I apologise. The manager was trying to say they have no sizes so they don’t do my exchange but it showed on the website they do have sizes so they lied as well. It’s disgusting how customers are treated by this company. Very disappointed and will never be purchasing from here again

Slow delivery, unresponsive, difficult returns
Delivery was extremely slow. After waiting 12 days with no notification, it became clear the clothes would not arrive in time for my trip to Saudi Arabia.
I tried emailing to find out the status, no response.
When I came home and found the package, I tried to return the goods and the website told me the returns window had closed.
I spent more than £250, trusting that given their association with John Lewis they were a reputable retailer. No, this has become an absolute headache.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I wanted to purchase an item from the sale recently only to see that the checkout price differed to website price. When questioned about it I was told the new price reflected their price in outlet store and they cannot honour the price which I saw. I took screen shots as proof but this was ignored by customer service as if I had made this up. Their sale prices have since gone up as I was made aware via Whatapp that their sale ended a day or so ago and the price change is reflected in their outlet! The same item has gone up! Rather than accepting the error and technical issues on their part and agreeing to sell the item at the price I originally saw they have clearly rejected and told me that they cannot help me any further. Not surprised they haven’t had great feedback on trust pilot!

I have been waiting for a refund for…
I have been waiting for a refund for nearly three weeks and emailed customer service using an email link in their website twice with no response. I called up and the assistant I spoke to was very rude and said I must not have sent the email to the correct address because they haven’t received anything. Really poor service and attitude. The assistant told me I should receive a refund shortly and I can call up again if I haven’t received an update email today…

Subject: Urgent: Quality and Order Discrepancies – Orders UK185221 & UK185713
I am writing to formally raise concerns regarding two recent orders and to request immediate clarification and resolution.
1. Order No: UK185221
I ordered the Layla Open Abaya listed as Blue and made of 100% Cotton. What I received, however, is Dark Grey in colour, and the label clearly states it is a cotton blend, which is misleading and not in line with the item description. Due to the incorrect sizing, I amended the length to 54 and placed a second order.
2. Order No: UK185713
The second abaya I received differs significantly from the first. It is made from a polyester fabric and appears to have signs of prior use, with visible marks on the inner collar — which is completely unacceptable.
It is also, as I have noticed, a similar product with a different name & description.
This raises serious concerns about quality control and consistency. I would like a clear explanation as to why the product’s material, condition, and colour changed between orders of what was supposed to be the same item.
The Vintage Peony modal hijab also lacks quality as the print has random colours added to part of the edge of scarf aswell as defects in the material.
Recently, I have noticed there is a lack of quality in the material & the colour bleeds drastically in cold water washes from almost every purchase of your modal range.
Additionally, I ordered two slips in size Small (54 length), but one is considerably tighter in the bust and underarm area, despite being labelled the same size. This suggests a lack of quality assurance in sizing as well.

I’m extremely unhappy with my recent…
I’m extremely unhappy with my recent experience at AAB Clothing. I ordered a dress that looked amazing online, but when it arrived, it looked cheap and nothing like the photos. I returned it and requested an exchange. At the time of the exchange, the new dress I selected was still available, so I assumed it would be put aside for me while the return was processed.
However, when I called back to check on the status, I was told the dress was no longer available. It was frustrating and disappointing, especially since I had followed all the steps promptly and expected better customer service.
While I’ve purchased a few items in the past that were lovely, others have looked cheap and poorly made. For the price point, the quality and service just aren’t worth it.

Not recommended for EU buyers – poor returns and no support!
I ordered an Abaya from Aab via their EU website and was very disappointed with both the product and the service.
The colour was different than shown online, and the quality did not match the high price – it felt overpriced for what it was. Most frustratingly, there is no clear return process for EU customers. The website only provides return options for the UK and US, and I had to search on my own and email customer service just to request a return label.
To make matters worse, Aab does not respond to emails, and the return window is only 14 days. This creates additional frustration for customers, especially when time is running out and no clear guidance is provided. The lack of communication and support makes the process unnecessarily stressful.
Because of the return procedure alone, I would definitely not order from Aab again and would strongly advise others against it. I only wish I had checked Trustpilot beforehand.
EU customers are clearly not prioritized.
Beautiful branding isn’t enough – the customer experience must follow through.

Do not order from this shameless business. Sent my return back month ago and still haven't received refund and this is not first time it happened, first time I made payment through klarna so I was able to get money back this time through clear pay and having issued getting my refund money back.
Don't buy anything from them
Don't buy from them, they're dishonest. I didn't receive my order and I still paid for the entire thing, and even though I filed a complaint I didn't get any money back. Theyre still spamming me after at least a year and after I tried to block their site and unsubscribe etc, which is why I am back reminding everyone not to use their site. I don't know how some of the absolute worst companies out there are the ones that sell modestwear. Like, how truly pathetic.
Decent quality stuff but non existent…
Decent quality stuff but non existent customer service which is a huge put off. Incorrect information about fabric material on website and unable to return as no way to contact the company. Phone numbers are incorrect, whatapp customer service doesn't work and absolutely no
response to emails. Such a shame as they have decent stuff and can be a leadung brand if only they offer a customer service. Hope they take notice of negative reviews and improve their service.
Charged for returning items - avoid ordering online
Having spent £128 online recently I wanted to return one of the abayas back to their stores in John Lewis and whilst I called John Lewis Stratford I was informed I can return the item. I have emailed Aab directly and they advised me online orders can only be returned back to them and not in store at John Lewis! On top of that they charge you for returning an item which doesn’t fit you. Not sure what sort of business you’re running but I won’t be ever ordering from you again! I have also briefed friends and family of this experience and will be sharing this experience on my social media platforms to make other potential customers aware!
I believe it’s unfair for customers to be penalised if your item doesn’t fit us by having to pay for returning it.

Poor quality, lack of creativity and rude customer service. I contacted Aab regarding a return, they had put information on their website about their return policy and when I asked the customer service lady over the phone she kept asking me “where did you read this”? (As if I was making things up).
Ordered a navy maxi dress recently that looked beautiful on the website, however when it arrived the quality was incredibly bad, fabric was cheap polyester type material and uncomfortable to wear.
The brand itself has good intentions and some of their pieces are ok, but over all I would avoid as you’ll just be wasting your time and money doing returns and dealing with unprofessional customer service people.

Colour Different + High Shipping+Return Cost
I bought three scarves from them. When they arrived, the colors of all the scarves were completely different from what was shown on the website. I initiated a return and was shocked to learn that they charge £4.75 for returning an item via Royal Mail. They also charged £4.95 for standard delivery, so altogether, they took £10 from me for nothing—a ridiculously high amount for such a small package. So, when buying from them, be aware that the colors might be completely different from the images shown, and they’ll hit you with high shipping and return costs.
It seems they are doing this intentionally, showing incorrect colors in their images so you are forced to return them, allowing them to make an extra £10.
the return has been received by them on 1st of November and it has been 12 days. when I contacted them this is what I got as answer (Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed, please note that this time frame does not include weekends or bank holidays.)
When buying from them keep in mind they will make you cry while refunding your money.
