I had an excellent experience with 77 Diamonds from start to finish. The consultant Tarek Alawiye was incredibly helpful and professional, guiding me patiently through the process of choosing the perfect ring and answering all my questions with care and expertise.
I was also very well supported when arranging the ring resize- the process was smooth, clear, and handled with great attention to detail. Throughout the entire experience, I felt genuinely well looked after and confident in my decisions.

Toni managed to get me a diamond that was even better than the diamond i was seeking at a good price. So I am very grateful for this.
Unfortunately I couldn't get the platinum ring i desired at the the price I was seeking from the company. Therefore, another reputable jeweller offered to do the work i wanted and expected to pay for roughly £400 cheaper. It is all about individual jewellers having/ demanding bigger mark ups than others. To be fair 2 orher jewellers wanted £1000 mark up and £2000 on what i have found.
Therefore, the £400 extra is a lot better than the other 2.

Schon der Bestellprozess war übersichtlich und angenehm, mit vielen hilfreichen Informationen zur Auswahl des perfekten Steins. Die Qualität des Rings hat meine Erwartungen sogar übertroffen – der Diamant funkelt wunderschön und die Verarbeitung ist absolut hochwertig und filigran.

Auch der Kundenservice war durchweg freundlich, professionell und schnell erreichbar. Man fühlt sich gut beraten und jederzeit ernst genommen.

Die Lieferung erfolgte pünktlich und sicher verpackt, was mir zusätzlich ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat.

He was extremely helpful, talking us through different diamonds & bands, and through him we learned what we should be looking for and what we should avoid, for example: bowties in the diamond. I had a really positive experience purchasing my solitaire diamond earrings from 77 Diamonds. Before ordering, I visited their showroom to get a better sense of the different sizes and styles in person, which was incredibly helpful. I ordered a bespoke sapphire and diamond ring from 77diamonds.com, and I was really impressed with the service. The team was responsive and professional, and Sophie, in particular, was fantastic—she kept me informed and worked closely with the designers. I have found the automatic communication from 77D rather scarce, I would have expected not only to get a mail when placing the order, but equally get a mail when the order would be delivered. The delivery date wascommunicated to me, I waited, 2 days after the announced date I contacted the 77D and got informed there indeed was an issue with my order, whatever it might have been. I waited for another 2 weeks and had to enquire about the order again instead of automatically being informed on the delay and new expected delivery date. Then there was an issue whereby the order was sent from UK to Germany, I was onformed by DHL on the delivery date which again failed to be fulfilled. Only upon my own enquiry I was informed by DHL that the order returned to the UK for whatever reason this might have been. It had to be shipped again. The whole experience was rather unpleasant and it involved me actively reaching out to the support where I found great help with Fannie Ethey who helped me to stay informed. Thank you Fanny, your service was great, overall automatic information of the customers however, I unfortunately found rather disappointing. I hope this is scarce and I just had some bad luck. The ring is beautiful though.

Despite the fact that 77 Diamonds sent the wrong ring size—which was their mistake—my fiancée absolutely loves the engagement ring. The stone is beautiful, and the customer service was excellent.

As a brand new customer I was a little nervous as this was a major purchase. I didn’t need to worry though as Tarek Alawiye who was my contact was so patient and helpful. When my diamond arrived earlier than I expected I was delighted and the diamond was amazing. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again. I am very happy with this company and this purchase.
