Staff are very very helpful, in store and online. Quick responses to emails and always treated my now husband with kindness and respect when he visited the store. Dreadful experience after researching multiple places. Inaccurate online booking system that says ‘Book an Appointment’ yet it is actually a ‘Request for an Appointment’. Very limited follow-up contact with communication going between very entitled, condescending staff who were rude in their approach. Worth looking at alternatives for a smoother process from start to finish.
