I can say zero response from this company of supposed solicitors settled claim five weeks ago I cannot get a payment nor do they reply can not believe a word they say, so I am going down the legal process to expose this cowboy outfit for what they are and worn everyone to avoid at all costs.
The worst
The worst. Could not get into my account to fill out claim form as it says account locked. I have spent hours on the phone month after month everyone tells me it will work this time. Surprise same thing account locked. No response when I email them. Terrible service. I give up.
April 2022 and present
Me and my sister had an accident on April 2022 and since then I have been chasing after them.
They have no contacted me to ask if we were doing ok or anything. They have no provided any paperwork.
They told me to provide my bank statement prior to accident and after which i did as I cannot access. I has provided everything on time but now they want to contact my work place to get the wage slip but I had explained everything of why i cannot acces my wageslip as i am bank staff etc.
Now they tell me that if my work place dont respond them they cannot do do anything about my claim!
Why waste my time? You cant even contact the opponents about the accident or neither respond to our messages!
I have been mentally stressed with this company! I have no idea on what to do anymore

Horrible experience once I reached the settlement part. Continuously messaged me on the portal & I always responded but continued to have my messages ignored, saying “you have not responded our previous message” etc. it has not gotten to the point where they have threatened to close my case because I “haven’t responded” even though I have trails & trails of evidence showing otherwise. The negligence on their behalf is SHOCKING. Even when you call, you are left on hold for 40+ minutes.
Horrible experience when got to payout part
All went fine until we get to payout part it’s more than month over date they promised to settle my claim and pay, neither they give any excuse or details, just vanished and all emails messages ignored normally they answered in 2 days now more than month nothing. Horrible experience same as majority of customers
Terrible company
Terrible company! been on hold for over an hour and still waiting to talk to somebody. I had an accident in December 2022 and to date, I've had three physio appointments and one Dr's appointment. I have asked for some help with obtaining an MRI this was over 3 months ago and to date, I have heard nothing back. Their online portal states they will answer you within 2 days is rubbish. I messaged them back in June 2023 and I have heard nothing despite leaving several messages in the last 3 months. Stay away from them and use a no-win no no-fee claims company instead. I'm just about to do that as I need medical help and 1st Central Law has just left me with constant pain and has ignored me since June 23!

Awful experience.
4 months after my accident they still don’t have my details registered on their system for my personal injury claim.
Most of the staff don’t speak English well enough to understand what you’re saying or they have awful customer service skills. They send you links you can’t open and then they tell you to wait a few days and try again, when you tell them you’ve already done this 3 times, they hang up on you. Terrible customer service. Made a complaint, nobody got back to me when promised at all. Asked to speak to a Manager, they wouldn’t agree to let me speak to management, gave me an undeliverable email address instead.
I’ve decided to go through another company to pursue my claim, as it’s impossible to communicate with this company.
I give credit where it’s due but this is one of the worst companies I have EVER dealt with. First Central and them have a deal to help each other make money but could not care less about their customers.
Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Reading through all these reviews, I really wish I had seen them before.
I had accident December 2019. I have jumped through every hoop they have asked. The last doctor I see has given completely false information. Yet they are still allowed to use his report?? Well that has blown it for me as I’m now being advised to drop it as the other side have discrepancies and basically if I take them court I have more chance of being done for fraud.
I wouldn’t mind but I’m still in pain from the accident, I had to have cbt to help me feel I can drive in the dark and rain, and I hate driving full stop. Oh n to add the woman in other car took full blame. I can’t see why this has taken almost 4 years and to now be told drop it.
DO NOT USE. BUNCH OF COWBOYS.
Jennifer Tootill Called a customer a liar
It’s outrageous that the only way to receive any form of responses is by complaining on trust pilot for all to see.
Jennifer Tootill a manager in 1st Central law (DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY) sent me an email on the 19th September 2023 11:07am stating “I do suggest the matter of the conflict with Dr MacCarthy is cleared up with therapy notes to prove that you did attend these sessions due to the accident and not what you advised in your examination.” Jennifer has called me a liar knowing full well Claim Team B received evidence of my sessions with my therapist along with her statement on the 5th July 2023 08:18am confirming the sessions that helps me manage my stress. I have also requested for my personal data as per GDPR regulations for the voice recording done by your chosen psychologist who interviewed me in January where I stated I saw a therapist after my accident due to the trauma I experienced and now my insurance company calling me a liar and not going to therapy. A medical profession is not going to lie about anything for a client and the fact that Jennifer or 1st Central has implied this and have left my claim on hold since 22nd March 2022 is disgusting. I have done everything to try and move my case forward so I no longer have to deal with this company anymore and it is proving to be painful. I’m now having sessions to deal with how stressful this experience has been for me too and I’m drained.
I have sent several emails to which I have not received a reply for and I will leave a review everyday until this is completed.
1st central requested for a note from my therapist this was provided and now you’re asking for more evidence because you are implying I’m a liar which is outrageous.
In order for me to escalate this complaint I need a manager higher than Jennifer to respond.
I’m not surprised by the constant 1 star reviews either, and that speaks for itself.
You can’t get hold of them !
This company is possibly one of the most infuriating I have dealt with.
They don’t have a landline you can call. You leave a message in the hope they will contact you only to be disappointed as the don’t.
As previous reviews state. You cannot contact them.

I will definitely award this company -0 if this was available. The quality of response and communication from a 1st century legal company is none existent. Misinformation and incompetence is what this company represents. Duration to resolve my claim 10months+ and I ended up worse. Offered approximately 2800 finally got paid £775. The offers keeps changing and be mindful of a huffy fee which wasn't disclosed. Called over 60times plus was lucky to get 1 or 2 callback and it take sometimes weeks to respond to emails. CJT/420169. Avoid at all cost.

Can I give zero stars? My claim is ongoing since, wait for it, July 2018. It’s been 5 years and my case is due to be heard in court in two weeks. My case handler now tells me that I can’t claim loss of earnings and other claim elements they previously approved, so essentially to forget about £8,000 of my claim. CEO complaint next. Absolutely appalling service, I am seriously considering legal action against them as Solicitors Regulation Authority will no doubt be interested in their conduct.

3 years and my claim is still going through after a drink driver went into me and my son , it's taken 3 years as you never hear from 1st central law you have to do all the chasing , how can a claim take 3 years it's laughable . Accident happened on the 10th Jan 2020
