Great customer service
I bought a fitness ring from them a month or so ago. The ring size wouldn't work for me but I was able to return the ring (I did have to pay postage to return it) and they shipped me another ring (only charge was the return of the first ring) which I got within about a week. Customer service has been amazing! Each time I have reached out to them, I've received a reply within 24 hours and the service reps have been extremely helpful in answering my questions and helping me get my ring set up correctly! I will definately check out other products they have if for no other reason than the excellent customer service i received!

Scam Alert: WuzuTech Took My Money, Provided Fake Tracking Number
I purchased a smart ring from WuzuTech, but they never shipped the product. Instead, they provided a bogus UPS tracking number that led nowhere. After weeks of waiting and multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I received ridiculous, obviously mocking responses and no refund.
This company is a complete scamâthey take your money, pretend to ship a product, and then pretend they care. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back.
Avoid WuzuTech at all costs. If youâve been scammed, I recommend filing a complaint with the BBB and reporting them to the FTC. Don't let them take advantage of more people!
