I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Brand Drops. If you value your money and your sanity, do not buy from this site.
Here is the breakdown of why this place is a total scam:

100% Counterfeit Products:
I ordered what was advertised as an authentic brand-name item. What arrived was a cheap, duplicate , poorly stitched knock-off. It’s a blatant duplicate that doesn't even look like the photos on their website.

No Returns or Refunds: Despite their "satisfaction guarantee" listed online, their customer service is a ghost town. When I finally reached someone, they told me all sales are final—even for damaged or fake goods. They have zero intention of standing by what they sell.

Fraudulent Practices:
They take your money instantly, but once the package (or the wrong package) arrives, they block your emails or ignore your tickets. It is a textbook "bait and switch" operation.

This is a fraudulent site masquerading as a legitimate retailer. They are selling garbage and stealing hard-earned money. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

STAY AWAY!

Ordered two different shirts of AX and Brooks Brothers, matched with original and found clearly these are fake. So you need to be careful with this website. Poor customer care service makes it even worse.

As per my experience, I have bought many items in this website,but recently purchased product surprisingly poor packing and the quality of the product not as expected, they were denying to accept for return or exchange , previously also one item was exchanged but it took too much time to get it back , the people are not really a genuine, because their attitude of writing mail simply not accepted... This is not good...I lost my money too

When I email them they say the we will revert back to you which never happens

Delivered wrong product, clearly fake and sub-quality. When I wrote to them, they asked for video proof. When I sent pictures and videos, they asked for a video of 'before, during and after' opening a sealed box!
Clearly out to cheat customers, and making such unreasonable demands (i.e. as per this policy, I should be taking unboxing videos of every product that gets delivered to me!)

I have bought shoes and got wrong product and they are not even ready to pick the material. We have been cheated and now they are not replying to my emails. never buy from them.

I bought a pair of Birkenstocks. Very poor quality. Clearly a cheap copy

Bought the berkins as my first purchase, and man what a product... the quality and that too at this price. Amazing. 🙏💙

Selling fake/ first copy products. Their perfumes don’t even last for half an hour. For the price they sell, you buy multiple clones., they are far better

Its a scam company , without commitment, they dont have proper platform to communicate, they never answer mail, phone or whatsapp
