Booked an appointment only to receive a phone call saying they didn’t have the appointment available. So I tried to book on a different Sunday only to be told they don’t work on weekends at all. Canceled my appointment. Waste of time.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Wrench mobile mechanic for a brake replacement service, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I scheduled an appointment for front and rear rotors and pads replacement, but what followed can only be described as a series of disappointments and unprofessional behavior.

To begin with, my appointment was canceled and rescheduled not once, not twice, but a mind-boggling 5 to 7 times! Each time, the cancellation occurred at the last minute, leaving me frustrated and stranded without a working vehicle. The reason? Parts were consistently incomplete for every single cancellation. It's as if they couldn't be bothered to ensure they had the necessary components before scheduling appointments.

The icing on the cake was my interaction with the so-called mechanic, Pardeep. He called me to notify me about yet another cancellation due to incomplete parts. Naturally, I expressed my deep disappointment and frustration over the last-minute cancellations. Instead of being understanding or apologetic, Pardeep had the audacity to suggest that I contact customer service. As if I hadn't already wasted enough time and energy on their unreliable service!

In the middle of our conversation, when I was trying to explain the urgency of my situation - my brakes showing a red light sign and my car rendered virtually undrivable - Pardeep abruptly hung up the phone! Yes, you read that right. He just ended the call, leaving me stunned and appalled at his utter lack of professionalism and basic courtesy.

Hoping to resolve the issue, I sent him a text expressing my displeasure with their abysmal customer service. Yet, to no surprise, I received no response. It's evident that Wrench mobile mechanic doesn't care about its customers or their convenience. They appear to be utterly disorganized, and their communication skills are non-existent.

I urge anyone considering Wrench for their automotive needs to think twice and look elsewhere. Their lack of reliability and unprofessional conduct make them wholly unsuitable for anyone who values their time, money, and sanity. My experience with Wrench has been nothing short of a complete and utter disaster, and I would advise against putting yourself through the same ordeal. Avoid this company at all costs!

The Worst company to work with period. I have a fleet of 30 vans in my company and the could never keep an appointment, always rescheduling, even after the appoint was scheduled for.

The mechanic came to my home. He did not even hook my car up to the computer to read why the light was on and broke the latching mechanism and they refuse to look at my car. I called and I was not given the associates name, and not sent to a supervisor. They refused to correct the problem. I do not recommend using this service under any circumstances! They made the problem worse!

Guy waited till the time he was supposed to be here to cancel , no help , outsourced support, nevermind. If you dont want to do business , why be in business? These "mechanics" dont have jobs for a reason.

My original experience was in December 2022. I needed my passenger side valve cover gasket replaced. My original appointment time was it 9 AM for the repair. The tech didn’t show up until 10:10. Which should have been my first red flag. Turns out this appointment was only for a diagnostic contrary to what my email appointment reminder stated. So
a second appointment was scheduled for 1pm for the actual repair, then without my consent, switched to 2pm. Finally my mechanic arrived (late again) at 2:45pm.
Long story short; the gasket was replaced and fixed however the smoke that was originally coming from the bottom of the vehicle where oil has leaked from the valve cover, was now pouring out of the top of the engine. The mechanic, while removing the valve cover damaged the heater core hose valve. The space between the top on the valve cover and hose is VERY tight. When the mechanic showed me I was on my way back out the door (6pm) and didn’t have time to call customer service. Mind you this is 9 hours AFTER my original appointment time!
I finally had a chance to take photos of the damage and contacted customer service. They stated the part was already damaged and they would not pay for a replacement.
Fast forward 5 months and I had my truck in for routine maintenance. The mechanic pulled me back to look under my truck where there was a small oil leak. Not to my surprise the oil was dripping from the valve cover gasket that the Wrench.com mechanic supposedly fixed. The “fix” that took 9 hours, ended in another part being damaged AND didn’t actually get fixed! When going back in to replace the valve cover gasket again it turns out he didn’t even put the ignition coil pack back on the valve cover correctly.
I can’t stress enough…
Never EVER trust this company to work on your vehicle.

Had the car diagnosed for $30 somehwehre else. Got a quote from wrench for the sevcie and scheduled. The first guy cancelled after the time he was supposed to arrive at the appointment. I resecheduled. The 2nd guy was a no show. I called him at 10 minutes after he wss supposed to be here and he sounded drunk and didn;t know where the appoint was, hadn;t gotten the parts. Then he was rude and yelling at me. These seem like guys that can't hold don a job, TRhey charge a $75 fee if you donlt cancel within 48 hours but don;t pay you your time off from work waiting for them but also pushed the necessary repair back over a week. This seems like a scam

i scheduled a diagnostic on my car the gentleman was very professional we paid 155.00 then was told there was no mechanic that could service my car. seem like a gimmick to charge diagnostic fee knowing you have no one to repair the vehicle im a widow and now must have a third diagnostic i could have used the money towards repairs. very disappointing

Got a quote from YourMechanic which was bought by Wrench and when I tried to schedule an appointment they raised the price. They tried to say the original quote included a discount, which it didn’t. I was actually offered a discount in a subsequent email. First rep I talked to tried to justified the price increase and the when he couldn’t he told me that they didn’t have a mechanic servicing my area. Obviously that’s a lie otherwise they wouldn’t have given me a quote in the first place. Stay away from this company they are not honest.

My truck has been in the shop for 3 months after a wrench technician damaged my tank while trying to replace a fuel pump. After weeks trying to get a hold of the company, a rep finally told the shop they would cover the cost of replacing a new tank, but now when I try to follow up with them to move forward all they do is dodge my calls as well as calls from the autoshop. They say someone will call back but they never do. Wasted almost $900 on their mechanic the first time and now I might be out another $3k trying to fix the damage they did. Not to mention the appointments they cancelled without telling me (seems like lots of others have had this happen too). So frustrated by this business. Stay away from them at all costs

They worked on our car 6 months ago. We were charged for the repairs and hourly wage for the service. The mechanic worked on his car simultaneously (we have pictures) and we were charged. Our car still isn’t fixed. They sent the same mechanic out but it still doesn’t work. Secondly, when he left, his car left a trail of oil down our brick paver driveway. We have tried to get them to repair the damage to no avail. We keep getting a run around. We have all the emails.

Booked and paid in advance for routine maintenance (timing belt, etc) on my car. $1425 later & 10 days later my car is sitting in the middle of my garage not operable because the mechanic broke a part when attempting to put the car back together (after 3 days of showing up late to my home to complete the service). I've contacted the company via email and phone every day now with zero success in learning what the next steps are to complete the job. Horrible service.

Well, I have written one review now I first called Wrench at the end of November in 2022 for coolant leaking out at the front driver side of my car. They replace the water pump to belts the radiator but didn’t bother to replace any O-rings. Nor did they add it on the diagnostic quote when they came out and did the diagnosis of the radiator. It’s now almost the end of January 20. I’m in the end of February 2023 and. And I still cannot drive my vehicle after spending $1300 with Wrench mobile mechanic they tell me that I need a new transcooler and O-rings or an O-ring kit and I don’t know why they didn’t include that in with the diagnostic charge when they told me I needed the radiator replaced. Those O-rings are small, tiny and fragile and tend to break at times so now I sit with a vehicle I pay payments on that is not drivable because I’ve wasted $1300 with Wrench Mobile Mechanics every time I have them come out they say oh we didn’t touch that part even though it shows on my repair order pictures of that part disconnected from the radiator laying beneath the car and O-rings laying right beside it so that kind of stumped me why would you put it back together without the O-rings and why would you say you didn’t touch it if you did in fact, disconnect it from the radiator, do not call these people. They are a waste of time and money, and they will just keep money in you to death and never make it Right . I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. I have no way to get to work I have no vehicle to drive to do any of my daily errands or live life. I don’t suggest you call these people.

Can I give less than 1 star. Had appointment scheduled. Waited 2 hours. No show. No call. I called and was told they'd check on it and get back to me in a few minutes. Never called back. I emailed and finally got an answer over a week later saying the technician didn't come do to unforeseen circumstances. He couldn't call? Company couldn't call? Wasted 2 hours of my time. They want 50 dollars if you cancel less than 24 hours before appointment but they can just no show. Ridiculous. Actually had the nerve to add if I wanted to schedule another appointment. Hahaha. When hell freezes over😂

Avoid at all cost! Terrible service. terrible company. Hung up on me in the middle of trying to get my car fixed today. I won't bother calling back.

What a rip off. Paid $163 to have someone come out to tell me they didn't have the part I needed and that when they come back it will be another $293. HORRIBLE

So I needed a starter and called Wrench.com. it was a fight from the beginning. I was told that since my engine wouldn't start that they would have to run a diagnostic test which is $150 + tax. I told her that "all I want is a starter, no diagnostic. I already replacedthe battery and alternator. " She told me I couldn't be sure that was the issue. I then stated that "I don't care if that's the problem or not, I just want someone to replace my starter." She then repeated that with no diagnostic test they couldn't help me then hung up on me. So rude, such a scam. So when does business get to tell you what you want. Maybe I'll call McDonald's next and they can refuse me service because I look like I want pizza. I'd give zero stars if it would let me.

First experience was awesome... May 2022... They came out... diagnosed my vehicle... shortly after that sent a knowledgeable mechanic that did a good job. Ok cool... so now i have a water pump issue (which the mechanic informed me it would need to replaced soon) January 2023... i call to obtain another quote...Then this raggedy rude funky bi+ch says i still i owe my $100 deductible from previous work... Overtalked me trying to muscle me out of $100 that i know i paid... bank card still on file on the website... good mechanics... terrible customer service.

The first appointment was rescheduled because Alonzo couldn't make the appointment. The second schedule, I should have cancelled, but I allowed him to come 4 hours late. He was rude and did not have equipment to diagnose my vehicle. He charged my new battery, which had been drained by whatever the problem is, with his car. When I turned the key in my ignition, all lights on the panel lit up. He never used an OBD to diagnose my no start and charged me the full $150.00 fee. I shared with him this oversight, but he still didn't produce the OBD scanner. The office person, Devan is no help either. You get better service with AutoZone! A real insult to your intelligence.
