Terrible TERRIBLE company
Terrible TERRIBLE company! Set an appointment for 3-5 and the mechanic tried showing up at 1 w/o any messaging or call asking to come early. My truck is at my grandparents so I was not there yet being I had two hours before the soonest he should have showed up. He left soon after getting there two hours early since I wasn’t there yet, and even tried charging us for just showing up two hours early. When I called to ask why their mechanic showed up two hours early they had no answers and just wanted to reschedule. This company and terrible mechanics are a straight up joke. I would NOT recommend anyone going there.

Mechanic came to fix car a 3 hr estimate on the job. Works 3 hrs and tells me he has to come back because he has a defective part. Ok then he comes back late afternoon works about 3 more hrs. He comes and tells me my car is fixed. Ok ,he leaves. I drive the next day and notice the AC stops cooling at a stop. I drove a total of 23 miles and come home. I lift the hood because I'm thinking the coolant is low. He put new antifreeze in it but the antifreeze looks dark odd. I remove the cap and there's engine oil mixed with antifreeze. I put a piece of cardboard under the car to see if he fixed the oil leak. He didn't fix it he didn't fix what I pd him to do and what we agreed on. I have contacted these people all ways possible continuously. And everything link,email,phone number has just led me in circles. I contacted the Ceo several times telling of my experience and he will not contact me. I get a recording leave my info and no one calls. Customer service can't help warrenty department won't call. The owner doesn't care he won't contact me. 286$ and pretty much demanded that up front. I text the mechanic he won't reply. They are supposed to be new to Tulsa area seems like they would help. They aren't backing what they claim on their sight. They are low down thieves and I'm doing all possible to get the word out. Maybe local news tomorrow. This is bs Ed Petersen CEO. I'm posting on all social media . People are broke as is and the thieves want to lie and steal and they already have money. That's how they are getting away with it. Oscar came out to replace the alternator. He later said I need a new belt tensioner and idle pulley and belt. After 2 days he finished and it squeaks all day. He will not respond nor will wrench.com honor the warranty. Silence

Booked an appointment for June 20th 2024 on my vehicle to change out my trunk actuator. My appointment was scheduled for the 11:00 to 12:00 service window. By 12:00 the mechanic chuy still didn't show up. I called wrench to see where the mechanic was and they stated he was behind schedule and would be there as soon as possible. Luckily I took the day off of work so I had time to wait. At 3ish p.m. I received the email saying my mechanic was on the way but an exact time of when the mechanic will arrive was not given. At 3:43 p.m. I received another email saying my appointment was canceled by the mechanic. The email stated the mechanic had arrived at my home and was not able to get a hold of me so he canceled the appointment and I was charged a $150 cancellation fee. I was never contacted to tell me the mechanic had arrived at my home via email, text message, phone call or how about coming up to my door and ringing my doorbell. I called customer service again asking why I'm being charged this fee when I didn't cancel the appointment and mechanic never showed up. They stated the same thing the email said the mechanic was outside my home and couldn't get in contact with me. I have two cameras outside of my home I look through my camera feed and never saw anyone approach my vehicle at that time or pull up in front of my home. So the mechanic lied and said he showed up to my home when he never did after I sat there and waited an additional 4 hours for this mechanic because he couldn't make the scheduled appointment at 11:00 a.m.. the $150 was a credit to my account for the next time I make another appointment. This was my first time using this service and this is how a first time customer is treated so your reputation isn't looking good right now wrench why would I want to use your service again? So I wanted my $150 to refunded back to me. Customer service stated that they will have to look into it and it will be investigated and they will call me back within 24 hours. Guess what happened 24 hours came and went and wrench never called me. So I called them back two days later inquiring about the investigation. I talked to customer service for a good 30 minutes before I was pretty much hung up on but I was sent to a survey and then I was hung up on. So I had to wait 10 minutes to get a customer service agent on the line 20 minutes to talk to this customer service agent to tell them the issue and to find a resolution and then to be sent to a survey and then hung up on. So I called back 5 minutes later and waited on hold for another 10 minutes to talk to a supervisor. I told her the issue all over again and she stated the cancellation was valid because I wasn't there at my vehicle which is a lie. I was at home the whole day because I took off of work so now I've missed money because of this lying mechanic. She said the mechanic sent me an email to say he's at my home but mysteriously that's the only email I never received. I've gotten emails for every step of their process when getting your car serviced but mysteriously I didn't get that one email the most important one to say he's at my house....... amazing! Furthermore, the mechanic went further into his lie and said the car wasn't located at The Address given at time of me making the service appointment. My car was sitting directly in front of my home because the whole day I'm waiting for this mechanic. I told the customer service representative I have two cameras in front of my home and this mechanic never showed up and my car was sitting in front of my home the whole time....... this lady a customer service supervisor literally asked me to send her my camera feed which I have to go through my security company to get just to show proof that I'm not lying and that this mechanic is a liar. I've seen a previous review by Philip pearson on 3/24 about this same mechanic abt lying about showing up to appointments but yet the customer is lying and I have to jump through hoops by sending you my camera feed to show you he's lying when we already know he's a liar from previous reviews. If I sent her that camera feed which shows that I'm telling the truth then they will refund back the $150 cancellation fee which I didn't cancel the mechanic canceled. So pretty much I'm like at this point you refuse to give me my money back. I have to jump through all these hoops just to get my money back and the $150 is going to be credited to the next appointment I make so you're pretty much your forcing me to make another. So I schedule another appointment for tomorrow 6/24 fingers crossed n pray for me that this mechanic actually shows up n knows how to fix the issue competently because I read all the other previous reviews and it seems their mechanics are incompetent so I may have another problem on my hands further down the line!

Theft! I wish there was a "Zero Stars" button. I was charged twice, $150, then $149.99 for a non-refundable order. I cancelled, no one ever came out and provided no service, yet they still charged my card.

STAY AWAY
One of the mechanics came out to replace my alternator (probably didn't even need to be replaced). He installed it incorrectly and had to come out again and cancel the rescheduled appointment twice. Scheduling with this "company" was a nightmare. I was going to be charged $150 and was told I'd be refunded if they found it was their fault. This place seemed shady, and I didn't trust them, so I removed the credit card they had on file. The mechanic told me right away he knew what he did wrong, so I knew it was on them. I kept getting notifications to submit payment, but I just ignored it. He was finally able to install it correctly, but I couldn't help but notice alcohol on his breath. Lucky for him my car ran properly.
6 months later my AC isn't working. I took it to a real certified mechanic and was told my AC compressor broke and it looked like someone was tugging at it when they installed the alternator.
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. I know they might quote a cheap price, but it's not worth the damage and unprofessionalism in the long run.

TWICE I had an appointment scheduled and they canceled 2 hours before they were supposed to show up. I scheduled these nearly a week out, I couldn't drive my car in the meantime, and they canceled at the last moment. When I called for help, they just said I should reschedule yet again. Awful. I've used them in the past with no issue, but it had been a couple of years, they've gone completely downhill.

I thought I needed a serpentine belt…
I thought I needed a serpentine belt replacement but after the mechanic inspected, he found that all belts were good but simply needed tightening. The bill was $146 but they drafted my bank account for $446.70 and now refuse to return the excess $320.46 that they took after I was told the money would be put back within 24 hours. It's been a week now so I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & am now awaiting the outcome to see where I go from here. This has been a nightmare experience. It's insane !!

Last minute cancelled appointment
Cancelled at the time of the appointment. Their 'track' your mechanic application did not work - gave error about the link being expired (before the appointment time). I had waited two weeks to get the appointment. The representative was rude on the phone and 'the best' they could offer was to book another appointment 3 weeks out. Wrench is worthless. Avoid!
Scam!!
I explained that my car was not starting. We were asked for the address where the car was parked. We booked an appointment and had two wait two days for the time slot. The day before the appointment, I was sent a message that the car needed to be off tha street and in a safe spot. They knew the car was not moving and that it was parked on a side street. They canceled the appointment and charged me $75.00. I will never use this company again. 0 stars. Avoid the scam. BTW, speaking to a supervisor is a waste of time.

Cost 180$ to misdiagnose my car. Mechanic put no work into the diagnosis. Was only at my house for 20 minutes before he left, and 10 of that was talking to me. Will not get back to me via phone or email about a refund. I want my money back.
Canceled on me at last minute
Texted within 10m of appointment stating they cannot make it. Very unprofessional. I'm glad they at least informed me rather than no-call-no-show, but unfortunate they do not have a back up mechanic in case the scheduled mechanic has some sort of emergency (giving the benefit of the doubt). I will change my star rating if they show up for rescheduled appointment.

My Jeep was out a whole week for them to tell us in the end that it wasn't going to be covered by our extrended warranty. They told us it would only take 24-48hrs. We keep calling after the 48hrs and no one knew anything so we waited more than a week for them to tell us "oh yeah this is not covered" and they knew this with in the first 24hrs but failed to notified us!
