I wanted to praise Beata for her astonishing service that I experienced last week. I had two problems with refunds. One of the problems had been ongoing for a few weeks and I was loosing hope in getting my money back. I called again and Beata understood the problem immediately without much explanation, she reassured me, made the problem a priority and was proactive with her fast approach and willingness to not let this happen again.

My wish to management is to please look at your billing system, returns portal and all the outputs following an order as I did have a lot of errors occur (too many emails with 'null', not able to select the right item to return as it comes up with checkboxes and no desc or picture) and the billing system which does dynamically offer refunds from a promo etc.

Beata has restored my faith in wrangler and I will shop again, thanks to Beata, I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Awful jeans.awful quality. Don’t purchase a pair of wrangler jeans. After about two months of wear my wrangler jeans are ruined in the wash. Obviously poor quality, both metal buttons at the back on one pocket fell off. Totally disappointed.

Purchased two pairs of jeans on a buy one get one half price offer. Jeans arrived and were too big, therefore wanted to exchange for a smaller size. Informed by customer service they do not accept exchanges and I would need to return the jeans and my account would be credited. If I wanted a smaller size I would need to re-order but would have to pay full price as the offer no longer existed. This is a terrible customer service policy for clothing that across suppliers varies in size.
Will never buy from this company again.

Not possible to rate my experience with a "zero star" otherwise I'll have done it. They sent me the wrong size T-shirt and their return form doesn't work!! I sent them a few emails and no reply! Really bad customer service and very unreliable!

Please avoid at all costs. I am still chasing Wrangler for £400 refund they owe me for a return I sent in the summer.
Utterly useless!! Wont reply to emails! And keep sending me on a chase when I phone.

I actually cannot believe how low quality these jeans are, I purchased some boot cut Wrangers from a Cowboy outfitters in New Mexico and they have already ripped in a place that isn't even exposed to general wear and tear, pretty much knackers not the quality I expect.

Very unpredictable sizing have now purchased 3 pairs of the same jeans and one pair is a little big ,one spot on and other one really tight.
There is no continuity in there sizing which is really annoying when you are paying £90 per pair.
Didn't send any back as i read the other reviews on here of people having problems with refunds.

I bought a pair of Wrangler jeans for Christmas 2020 and they ripped from generally use back in January 2021. I didn't think much of this because accidents can happen, but I contacted their customer service team in January just to enquire and see if I could get a replacement pair.

It's currently July and I've bot heard anything back, even after attempting to reach out to them multiple times and even re-submitting my request on their website.

I've had no response and it means I've not been able to even try and repair the jeans. If they would at least say no to the replacement, I could try repair them myself, but there has been no contact.

I'm very disappointed in their customer service team and I will not be buying wrangler jeans after this experience.

I ordered my first ever pair of Wrangler Jeans from ASOS recently and overall, I cannot complain about them majorly.

I love wearing skinny jeans as they look and feel more nicer and compliment your body a bit more compared to regular straight/baggy jeans.
So I obviously went for their Bryson Jeans. I tried them on and I can already tell these will replace any other jeans you own in a heartbeat.

The quality of these is very strong and very flexible with the elastane incorporated into the Jeans. You can do pretty much anything and everything you can think of. They are very comfortable and form around the legs very well.

I am very happy with Wrangler as a brand and I will definitely be picking more jeans or clothing up from them.

My favourite brand for jeans, very good quality design and classic lines with a unique taste also I loved the wonderful casual shoes for men simple but with fun country-chic features in them, I don't know where do they sell them anymore, I wish more stores would partner with Wrangler and that they would do a more wide variety of products. I like that they keep their own style and dont try to copy other companies. Very underrated.

Order arrived fine but everything else is absolutely awful.

I just wanted to return a couple of items from my order. The website failed to generate a return postage label, so I had to use their support. All I needed was a working returns label, but it took multiple attempts, including being provided with a non-working return label, before they sorted it out.

When you use their support form it says to reply to the emails to carry on the support but they never ever respond to the emails so you have to raise a new support ticket but if you need to respond to that you have to raise a new support ticket. Repeat over and over and over as they rarely solve the issue when they respond to the ticket and they never follow up on their own, you have to chase them every time.

After finally managing to get it returned they have had my items for weeks with zero communication from them and still no refund.

Completely unacceptable. In future, I'll go elsewhere.

Unable to return item which is too large. Constant phone calls and promises, but still no result. I suspect that even if the item is collected by the promised courier, I will not receive a refund. The quality of the fabric is poor and the fit not as described.

Avoid at all costs, poor quality jeans and abysmal customer services! The product was poor quality and so returned via courier. Despite the item being proved as returned through tracking in April, the refund was not processed. Despite numerous calls and emails I still have not received the refund nearly three months later. Promises are made time again that the jeans have been received and the refund approved but the money never shows up in my account.

Bought a shirt not detailed as slim fit. Doesn't fit. I sent them an email to be told they would pick it up and refund me. I packed the shirt but they told me wait till after the 9th April. I contacted them again but they have ignored the last 2 emails. Shockingly bad. Shirt will go to a charity shop. I like Wrangler stuff but would never buy from their misleading web site.

Placed an order and got billed twice as website broke. Received no order number for jeans, they took £250 out my account still and despite furnishing them with numerous transaction details to find my order I have still received zip... just a vague promise from customer services (Daniele) that they’ll look into it... almost two weeks later still nothing. A refund would be nice. A real shame as the jeans are really good, but I guess the website less so. I will shop with Levi’s in future as their ordering process worked.

needed to do a return and my printer broke.No prospect of getting it fixed at the mo!Emailed customer services and they took care of everything for me no worries.I thank you!

Worst quality ever!!!
The zipper is showing and the stitching is coming out of the pockets!! A nightmare! Simply unwearable like this!
Contacted customer service but they are even worse, they claim that is the “design of the jeans” and that therefore they are not faulty! Absolutely ridiculous! This is very obviously a faulty stitching pattern and I’ve never seen worse quality jeans. They promised to refund me the jeans though and the shipping costs but have only received refund for the jeans, they didn’t give back the postage!!! They said I have to order something else to receive my refund for the postage! I was not informed about this before and on their website it says that they will refund postage costs!! Been in contact with them for ages but nothing!!! That is seriously the WORST customer service I’ve ever encountered, they are completely selfish and only up for profit! Avoid at all costs!!!

This company's customer service is abysmal. I returned an order in April for a refund. The return was acknowledged but after two months I'm still waiting for a refund (of €170). I queried the issue by email a week after the return was tracked by the courier company. I was told that due to a "system change", it wasn't possible to refund the money to my credit card account and was asked for my credit card details (IBAN & account number). This was sent and subsequently requested again. Further emails didn't receive a reply. I then phoned. The wait time was substantial. Apologies were offered and promises of payment made. After fourteen working days, no refund was received. I phoned again and it was acknowledged that the payment wasn't processed. Further apologies were made but no guarantee of a refund date was given. This company is not complying with consumer legislation.

(Edit) Eventually in late August and after many more emails, I received a refund. The company couldn't pay it to my credit card account and (reluctantly) I passed the details for my current account. Ironically, they were able to take payment for the initial order swiftly but had terrible difficulty processing a refund. I will never, ever buy from this company again. Beware. (I'd select Zero stars if that was an option.)

Returned jeans back in early April. Received no response for weeks, then an e mail requesting my bank details, BIC, IBAN, Account number etc as they could not refund my credit card which was initially used. Reluctantly I forwarded this information to them, Again, nothing. I have telephoned them and have spoken to the same member of staff on both occasions (Diana Genkova), requesting my refund. The last call was over a week ago and my account is still waiting on the refund. Wrangler should be embarrassed with this crowd of unprofessional s managing their UK online business. Do not ever order from them!

Guys working there do not have either brain, either hand. Goods were faulty send back, waiting for refund more than 3 weeks and still waiting..........
