WPS Handrails Omdömen

I ordered the innodek luxecap decking I'm really pleased with the quality it may not be the cheapest but out of all the samples this has to be the best.
Customer services is excellent and always responded to any queries by phone or email.
Delivery was on the agreed day and time driver was pleasant and very helpful.
Out of the 90 deck boards only 2 had slight damage which the company was very happy to replace foc if I required them, as it was I managed and the 2 damaged bits ended up as of cuts.
Would definitely recommend this company

Highly recommend. I had been searching for composite decking for a while as there’s a wide range out there and I was looking for quality at an affordable price. I found WPS and their products are just that. Quality. The only downside is that the packs of hidden clips come in bags of 250 and I required just over one bag so this was a bit disappointing as you end up with additional clips you don’t need. Would have been 5/5 otherwise.

Thank you

Top service ... Top product ...Great price .... A1 +

I found WPS handrails very good to deal with. I made a mistake on one of my measurements and had to get the drawings changed, which was done with no problem to them. Kate was brilliant to deal with and very helpful anytime l got in touch to sort out something for me. Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to do a decking.

We struggled to get a quote locally in North Wales so I contacted this firm along with some others. The quote from WPS was the best priced even including delivery and two fitters travelling up. The whole process was swift and professional. Quotes and drawings were provided on the day I first enquired. Upon ordering, production was also swift and the fitters installed shortly after. They were very professional and did a great job. Communication throughout was excellent. End result .... looks fantastic and a very good taste left over from dealing with this company. Would recommend them in a heart beat.

Wonderful service great advice and a great quality product.

WPS were able to provide rail support brackets on the side of our balcony unlike some other firms. The whole process
from measuring up - we have 36m of rails with 3 corners - to completion was handled in a professional and friendly manner and at a competitive price. The installers requested use of our scaffolding and bantam scaffolding for one section They worked hard - non-stop 9 hours in pouring rain. A slight error on the corner brackets was fixed on their final half day. The finished installation looks really great and adds significant value to our property. We plan to have a celebration party to show it off!

The wonderful Kate Langford from WP Handrails helped me through various balustrade systems for a balcony, patio, decking and stairs. Excellent support and speedy supply.

Very good service, excellent delivery. Easy and hassle free to order. Very good product, would highly recommend them.

Great service right from the start from a professional team. The communication was clear, the ordering process provided confidence , quality plans and delivery schedule as promised with regular updates. On discovering missing parts - no problem they were couriered overnight causing no delays in project.
Lovely team , a pleasure to work with!
Well done

For my new decking project in the back garden, i contacted various companies for advise, help and product, out of all of them, WPS Handrails came top in my book.
The service was second to none and the product extremely good quality
Will always recommend WPS Handrails

Would highly recommend this company. From design to completed product, they kept us informed all the way. I give a 4 star because there were fixings missing on delivery. The team were very professional and reacted to issue immediately and sent out the missing fixings the next day.
