After all the negative reviews I still decided to give them a chance. I payed with PayPal to cover by back just in case!
I have order a canon lens which is usually hundreds of pounds more on other website. I have received it within 5 working days with UPS. I am really impressed, I highly recommend.

Advertised as UK Stock with full UK Apple warranty and UK Repairs. DO NOT BELEIVE WHAT YOU READ. iPhone was from Hong Kong stock, and carried no Apple warranty in UK. Only way to repair iPhone was if I travelled to Hong Kong. WowCamera not interested.

They only accept Paypal to reduce their chance of you getting a refund under the section 75 of the Credit Card guarantee as Paypal only protect you for 6 months where Section 75 protects you longer. BEWARE OF THIS.

TO RESPOND TO THE BELOW so buyers can have a clearer picture of this issue

At time of buying the phone the website clearly stated EU or UK stock, however has been updated to say Import stock - so Beware.

Before buying ask Apple, yourself, if Hong Kong stock iPhones are fully protected in UK and they will confirm it is not, this is due to it having a dual SIM and they can't repair with in UK. I had extreme hardship trying to sort this during COVID when shops where closed and Apple Telephone support stated I can only get the phone repaired at a Apple Shop, on the Apple stores reopening I attended and was told by them they couldn't repair due to the Dual Sim. Recontacted Apple Telephone Support who basically said they can't help due to it being Hong Kong Stock. After lengthy research finally managed to contact Apple Support in Hong Kong who stated it can only be repaired in Store in Hong Kong and as they can't offer post in support from UK I need to attend in person, a long way and expensive trip just to get a iPhone repaired, unless you are going next holiday!! Please do your research prior to purchasing to confirm this as WOW Camera wash their hands of any help and just state what the stated in their reply!!!

Paypal is widely used however your credit card guarantee of security (Section 75) against purchase is removed due to you using a 3rd party platform like Paypal, again I will leave you to research and confirm prior this to purchasing!

Please note if the phone was EU Stock as promised within their FAQ at time of purchase (which has now be changed to Import and EU Stock) my iPhone would be covered so some purchasers who are leaving 5 star reviews, as Tee Did, you don't have an issue.

On receipt of your Iphone check your model number which confirmed what iPhone stock you are getting and this will confirm if you will have issues 9 months later after leaving your positive review if you will have issues like ourselves.

All I say is do your research as mentioned above and confirm your phone is either UK or EU stock or you will have issues later if it develops a fault.

I ordered and iPad Pro 12.9 2020 on the Bank Holiday weekend and after choosing to upgrade fast UPS delivery at £10 it arrived safe and well 3 working days later. I can’t say I wasn’t nervous but has worked out well. Thanks a lot!

I read the bad reviews and was nervous but received nothing but fantastic service! Phone arrived in perfect condition, warranty confirmed with Samsung. All brand new and as described, nothing out of the ordinary. I was aware it would be from an EU country so wasn't surprised with the initial language being Hungarian.
Pleased to have made such a good bargain and even got upgraded to express delivery! Sally was amazingly helpful.

Now to insure and enjoy my new phone!

Wow is the right word, price better than anywhere else in the UK. Sally was very helpful and expedited my order quickly so that it arrived in about 4 days. I thoroughly recommend them and I will use again if the need arises. Brilliant.

I read all the reviews, re-read them again as WOW cameras had a significant difference in price to the main camera dealers online. I'm very happy with my purchase, ordered on the 17th May, received acknowledgement email, and then emails all the way through delivery. I was advised that I could expedite my order and I received my order 6 working days with UPS delivery. Good customer service.

Simple purchase at a very competitive price, superb communication, great service, extremely pleased, thanks to the team involved.

iPhone arrived in only a few days and for a great price, very impressed. Fully new as advertised and working fine. One star taken off because all the paperwork and plugs in the box are French (although WOWCamera did provide a free UK adapter) and I had to pick the package up from a depot because it was sent to the wrong (billing rather than delivery) address. But worth the extra effort for the fantastic price and the friendly and excellent email support which is far better than more expensive companies! Will be using again in the future.

Wowcamera have two seperate reviews on trustpilot. The 2.2 average at time of posting is the rating that counts. They do not honour uk consumer laws and will not accept refunds under any circumstances. Read the 2.2 star reviews . Reviews in the 4.6 star section, now dropped to 4.3 at the time of writing are removed to enhance their figures. It would appear every time their figures drop so low they either start a new trustpilot review account or a load of fake reviews are posted to boost the figures. Please read other negative reviews to verify my legitimacy.

To respond the the reply below, you have refused to pay postage for my return of purchase (contrary to website faq policy) and have assured me you will not refund me the whole amount if i do return said product. You most certainly do have two trustpilot review accounts, and the second point you made doesnt make any sense so please address. Furthermore you responded to this instantly and any email i currently send you takes you 2 days to respond too.

after paying via paypal and ordering an iphone 12mini was not provided with any estimated time of delivery or tracking so decided to check the companys profile was allarmed to find that their was lots of talk of goods being faulty warrantys invalid and that this companys wareabouts are unknown (they have no published adresse)
i tried to ring the number on their website and an unclear voice message seemed to say it was a voip voicemail very odd
so i triggered a dispute on paypall and recieved a rather terse reply full of feable excusses claiming they were transparent (legitimate buisiness do not hide their address)
I was told by wowcamera that the order was cancelled and i would be refunded that was three days ago i tried to contact them again but they are ignoring me so have made a claim through paypal so hopfully will get my money back

the payment did not go through because wowcamera did not process it with paypal i had conversations with paypal and they confirmed it I warned wow camera that iff they did not refund me i would leave a bad review and this was ignored! i canceled the order becaue you are not transparent and hide your adresse being in kowloon which you have admitted and your products are grey imports not uk products

First class from start to finish ,customer service was second to non.Would definitely recommend buying from Wow camera,my order only took 4 days to arrive brilliant.

I recently ordered a Huawei P30 Pro New Edition, and was just giving it some time before posting my review. I am very happy with the product and the service I've received from Wowcamera.

The delivery time initially was about 7 to 10 days, as I chose Standard Delivery, but then I received an email from Sally Turner saying that I had been upgraded at no cost, to Express Delivery, so instead of waiting 1 week or more, my phone was delivered in 2 days!

Sally also showed great care and costumer service by kindly ask me to let her know when I was in safe possession of my order.

I will definitely recommend this shop!
