Ordered a new lens last week, arrived the beginning of this. No issues, just good service. (And an excellent price!)

Very quick and helpful with email sales support in getting an imei number added to my invoice for Samsung warranty validity. Handset arrived 3 days earlier and this is the second phone I've purchased from them, UK spec.

My experience has been excellent. The price was the best on the internet for my canon r6, the delivery information was accurate and on time too. I was so pleased I went on to buy a new L glass lens too, which was equally impressive in terms of price and delivery. Highly recommended.

Smooth and Painless transaction. From ordering online to receiving the goods, it took less than a week and their customer support team kept me up to date regularly on its progress. My new Nikon camera and lens will now be put to good use and I will certainly be using WOW cameras again for any other photographic equipment I need in the future.

Don't be put off by some of the negative reviews; I wasn't and I am extremely happy with not only the cost but the service also.

I have ordered my second camera from Wowcamera - A Nikon D850. The first - a D500 arrived within a week and has been fantastic! When I placed my order for the D850 - I was contacted by the wowcamera team and they upgraded my delivery to UPS 2 day delivery free of charge - just as thank you for giving my custom again! That meant a lot to me. The team kept in contact each day to ensure safe arrival of my camera, which arrived, beautifully packaged as if I had bought it from a shop. Since then I have been using the camera everyday - faultless!

The upgrade in delivery, the continued contact and the care in which my camera had been sent to me speaks of a company that values its customers! These days that seems rare. Must admit i was nervous with such an expensive purchase after reading some reviews but never the less still went ahead.
I really cannot fault this purchase in any way, it was the cheapest available anywhere, it took only five business days to arrive from point of ordering, i was informed all the way of its progress, it was delivered by UPS and packaged secure and properly as expected.
The Camera was 100% genuine and in proper manufactures box etc, the charging equip is proper with no adaptors or plug converters,

I have to be honest I was very apprehensive at first when ordering a camera lens from this website, as it did seem a little too good to be true. But lo and behold they really pulled out the stops!

The initial delivery was extremely fast considering it came all the way from Hong Kong!

After changing my mind I decided to return the product and was dealt with amazingly over email. I received a full refund in good time.

I will definitely be looking to use these guys again and would highly recommend :)
