World Holiday Vibes Omdömen

This is my second trip with World Holiday Vibes and I can highly recommend. First trip was 10 nights in Bali in August 2022, which was great and the second being more recently 7 nights in Barbados, December 2025.

Pavithra personalised the trip for me and my daughter. I am quite picky so this involved a few back and forth’s but Pavithra remained patient and accommodated my needs.

Before leaving the UK I was anxious about the transfer not picking us up from the arrival airport but Pavithra reassured me and kept in touch via WhatsApp to ensure everything went smoothly. On arrival at the hotel i was not happy with the room allocated, again Pavithra went out of her way to arrange a better room and arranged for the hotel to supply cake and champagne to celebrate my daughters 18th which was a lovely touch!

For full transparency we did have an issue with transfer on the way back to the airport which was incorrectly booked for the wrong date by the transfer company rather than world holiday vibes. This was slightly stressful however once I got in touch with the transfer company this was resolved and Pavithra is currently processing a refund on this to compensate for the inconvenience.

From start to finish Pavithra was at the end of the phone, checking in to make sure we were having a good time and if there was anything else she could do. I suspect some of which was in her own personal time as we were away around the Christmas period and I know she has since changed roles so she really did go above and beyond.

I have always found World Holiday Vibes competitively priced and am already looking at booking with them again.

World Pinoy Flights
I am very impressed by Selina Logan the way she helped me finding the wright airline company to book a flight which suited my days off and reasonable price as well. Thanks Selina for all your help I really appreciate it. I definitely recommend you and your company to my friends and family 👍😊.

World Holiday Vibes truly met my expectations. I booked my vacation with them and traveled to three countries, and everything was well organized. Our contact person, Marshall, was extremely easy to work with and stayed in touch until the very last day to make sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciated his attention and support. I will definitely book my next trip with them again.

I have just booked a dream trip to Zanzibar - all made possible by Joseph who was outstanding. I have been in sales for 40 years, and he is everything I would want from some-one in MY sales team. Knowledgeable, friendly but polite, patient, knows my next question without me having to ask it, goes the extra mile to make my trip special, made me feel important and in all just great customer service. Nothing was too much trouble - highly recommend using this company, and Joseph. Thank you from a very happy customer.

Great service and help from Lewis that has guided me through the choice of my holiday destination...I did not have a huge budget but still he has helped me to find what I was looking for...it will be my birthday during that period of my holiday in Morocco...I am really looking forward to it.... Merry Christmas to everyone..and a very happy New year....Sandro

Overall, we had a great trip to Dubai, Bangkok and Singapore orchestrated by Joseph. He was kind and patient and helped us to the best of his abilities. World Holiday vibes is great for people who do not require elaborate visas to to the countries they visit otherwise they can get clueless.
Flights were perfect, seamless and the information about them was well provided. We however struggled to obtain complete hotel booking information from Joseph or world holiday vibes and later found out they used a 3rd party, try to get in touch with this 3rd party early on (their number is usually provided as an emergency contact). I will use world holiday vibes again because the package was the best I had seen and the staff especially Joseph was patient and kind.

I had a great experience Joseph was taking care of preparing all the best details for my trip. Would recommend to everyone 😃

Made a enquiry online & the response was almost immediate!! Was contacted & discussed my holiday enquiry with Joseph. He was efficient, professional & very knowledgeable. He responded with a full itinerary & answered all queries professionally. Very happy with the customer service received.

I had the great pleasure to have my holiday planning for Japan done my Mr.Lewis... Amazing communication and great understanding of what exactly me and my family wanted for the Holiday... would Highly Recommend A++++

I have to say the service I received from Logan was excellent his ability to get the itineraries just right is brilliant, I was looking for a honeymoon in the far east I gave him what i thought I wanted and he came back with better. His patience when I kept changing this and that is admirable. Sadly I was unaware that my new inlaws had already booked us a honeymoon as a wedding present.not to where we wanted to go but beggars can't be chooses. Thank you Logan

My agent Marshall was attentive and patient with me during the process of booking what promises to be a trip of a lifetime as my husband and I will be celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary in Dubai 2026.
