Wordtune to the Rescue!
I recently had a technical issue with Wordtune when I couldn't log in. The reason this was frustrating is I use Wordtune for hours each day. Within hours, they responded, and the issue was quickly dissolved. They have since followed up to make sure everything is working. The reason I was frustrated when it wasn't working is that Wordtune is a great resource, it's like having an editor on call 24/7!

Similar to recent posts, though I cancelled my subscription in advance of renewal, I am receiving emails about further payments. Seeking clarification is pointless; they will try everything to lure you to continue payments. Their responses avoid answering a direct question regarding cancelled subscriptions. Regardless of the usefulness of this product, Do NOT subscribe to it.

Charged even though I cancelled and refused to refund. I have disputed the charge with my bank and hope they will fix it. I will never use WordTune again! Now I am out almost $120 for something I did not even want!

100% Scam - WordTune relies on fraudulent practices.
This company is a pure scam. Save your time and money. There is no way this company should be allowed to continue its operations today.
I started on a three day trial and cancelled the subscription with them on the FIRST day of my free trial. Despite that I was charged with USD 119.88 for yearly membership. The company gives you an option to cancel your subscription, however your billing remains active regardless of your ‘cancellation’ (YES, you read that right !!!)
Useless chat Bot and customer service and by the way the majority of the 5-star reviews are fake. Even 1-star rating is too much for these fraudsters.
I will be disputing this with my bank and all the negative reviews here is to serve as a proof that so many people got trapped in the same way. Need to find who the regulator is so they can shut this business ASAP.
PLEASE DO NOT EVER SHARE YOUR CARD DETAILS WITH THESE GUYS!!! THEY WILL CONTINUE CHARGING YOU FOR LIFE…

I signed up on Black Friday for 40% off…
I signed up on Black Friday for 40% off a yearly subscription. The subscription came out of my account after the automatic three-day trial so I was billed after Black Friday, which meant that I was charged the full price. This is false advertising. I have tried to contact Wordtune but I am still waiting for their support team to respond. I await a refund for the discounted amount.
Since I wrote this review, Wordtune has resolved the issue, and I had a positive experience with their team.

My niece was on my laptop an…
My niece was on my laptop an accidentally subscribed to this tool. I’ve tried contacting their chat and emailed them but have received no response all I’m getting is that it cannot be refunded. I tried multiple times to cancel this subscription and the website kept crashing next thing I know there’s £92 taken from my account that it doesn’t look like I’m going to get back!! I’ve lost my job and explained that multiple times and there’s no response at all!

Unauthorized Subscription Renewal without any Refund
I was accidantally charged last year for unauthorized subscription renewal and immediately cancelled my renewal. This year AGAIN they charged me for subscription renewal. I don't know why they keep stealing from poor people but there should be a way to cancel the subscription without any tricks. They don't let me cancel my subscription and charge me every year. They don't respond to emails/chats/and there is no customer service. There is only one but saying we don't have any refunds. But they don't respond to unauthorized subscription renewal!

If you cancel your subscription
If you cancel your subscription, please screenshot it and save it. If you are charged $119.88 for a recurring subscription you will NOT be able to get your money back. Please check BBB reviews. Also, if you try to contact their customer service, good luck. They operate by chat and it can take 24 hours to respond back to you, if they respond. I did try sending emails, they never responded! I had to reach out to their parent company, AI21 labs. Seems like I finally got a response via chat the next day. So if you like poor customer service this is the company for you.
