The “Ask Wordtune”/AI text creation…
The “Ask Wordtune”/AI text creation feature on IOS suddenly stopped working for me. Every prompt gives me “Something went wrong. Try again in a few minutes.” I tested it on three different devices, and the exact same thing happens every time. Other Wordtune features work normally. I've also already tried the usual troubleshooting steps. I've experienced a similar issue with this feature before, and Wordtune eventually fixed it. This time, support told me they tested it and couldn't reproduce the problem, then sent me troubleshooting steps I'd already tried. I just want support to actually be useful for once and investigate what's happening with my account instead of repeatedly telling me to troubleshoot my devices.

For a long time, I have been using Wordtune regularly, and it has become an integral part of my daily work. The Rewrite feature has been particularly helpful in improving my phrasing, tone, and clarity without losing sight of what I am actually trying to convey.
What I like most about it is that it does not try to completely rewrite everything in a generic "AI" voice - instead, it provides me with useful alternatives while maintaining my control over the final wording. It is particularly useful when writing in English is not the primary task I am attempting to accomplish, and I simply want to get the wording right as quickly as possible.
It is simple, fast, and genuinely useful. This is one of the few AI-based writing tools that has actually become a part of my daily routine.

Word Tune is a scam
Word Tune is a scam! It is impossible to cancel your subscription. They pretend that canceling is easy, but in
fact there is no way that I can find to do this. I disputed their $83 charge with my credit card company, but somewhere there is an agreement that they can automatically renew my subscription. My credit card company declined my dispute. Still, I have tried multiple times to cancel. They claim there is a "Profile" message when I log on to Wordtune.com
There is no such icon anywhere on the page. I cannot find "Account" or Manage Account as they claim.
As a writer you would be prudent to go to Grammarly or some other AI assistant as once this company captures you, you're stuck in their grasp and will not easily (if at all) escape.
