Beware of Wordtune,
I want to warn others about my recent experience with Wordtune.
Over a six-month period, I repeatedly emailed them to cancel my subscription and never received a response. During that time, I discovered they were double billing two of my email accounts.
Only after I left a negative review did I finally receive a reply—six months later. In that response they admitted they had received my earlier emails, apologized, but stated they would refund only one month on just one of the accounts.
This experience left me feeling frustrated and powerless. In my opinion, no customer should have to fight this hard to stop a subscription or recover unfair charges. I believe it’s important to share this so others don’t endure the same headache or risk being charged for services they thought they’d canceled.

I wish I could attach screenshots. They will flood your inbox with AI chatbots as customer service. It’s time to notify Chrome and Firefox, get this scam trash removed from the browsers.
Do NOT ever subscribe to this app. You will NEVER be able to cancel. It’s a terrible service but even worse, you’ll keep getting billed forever. Avoid.

I have used WordTune for a few years…
I have used WordTune for a few years now, it has helped me create better written, professional looking emails and other writings. The list of suggested alternate ways to rewrite my words has been amazing. There are a number of features to fine tune and improve on what you write. I have received excellent support, the rare times I need it, by messaging them in Facebook.

It's impossible to cancel
It's impossible to cancel. This is the worst experience one can face. I emailed their help address, but the address cannot be found. They continue to bill me; my account no longer has the option to cancel.
The help email address cannot be found. Again.

I’ve been using the pro version of Wordtune for a while now, and honestly, it’s been super helpful. It makes rewriting stuff way faster, especially when I’m trying to sound more clear or switch between casual and formal.
Here what I like about it:
* It helps me reshape longer text fast without starting from scratch.
* It lets me switch between casual, formal, and neutral with one click.
* It offers me multiple ways to say the same thing, just like how dictionary works when you look for synonyms and antonyms.
* For me, it's one of the cleanest, simple interfaces for an AI writing platform.
What could be better:
* It sometimes struggles with context thus it over-simplify my thoughts and makes my ideas too generic.
